About this property

Home away from home located close to New Smyrna, Flagler Beaches and Daytona.

Quiet neighborhood easily accessible to the beach and major highways to attractions located just 1.5 miles off of I-95. Pet free & smoke free environment. Relax in our really big tub in the master bath or relax on our recliner couches and watch the Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have a beautiful enclosed patio with A/C and a just completed paved outdoor patio area for your enjoyment. Back yard just completed with a beautiful paved sitting area to soak up the sun or sit in the shade. There are so many trees in our private back yard that backs up the the canal that you will feel like you are in the forest.
We offer Washer/ dryer as well as garage use for extended stays . Ask the owner for details.
Want to go to the beach? Take the back roads to enjoy nature instead of the highway! We are located only 20 minutes from Flagler beach, 15 to Canal street and close to shopping, liquor stores and fast food places. Our location is convenient and not super busy with beach traffic. Hop on 95 and head north to Daytona or south to Orlando or Sanford for a day trip. There is so much to do in the area that only takes a short drive.
We have a coffee, tea bar ready for your stay and hope you enjoy a pot of fresh perked coffee for a change while you're there. Towels and linens are included.

We had an awesome time at the property. It is very open and inviting. The AC system is THE BEST!! Home amenities are traditional and very good. It is a great atmosphere for a family/friends trip. Also, awesome host; very informative and accommodating. Thank you again!!!

Great for a quick trip to the area

Christine was a super nice host. She was quick to answer questions I had before the trip as well as during the trip. We were there for a quick visit meeting other family in the area. It was a clean safe location and it was a stress free stay. Wish we had access to a washer/ dryer, but the listing is clear that is not offered. Plenty of room and very comfortable.
