A spacious, newly renovated and fully equipped holiday home for 9 people. It offers a large living room, 5 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 toilets / bathrooms.

The living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are on the lower floor.
On the upper floor there are another 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom.

From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the forest and the landscape of the Hessian highlands. There is a barbecue on the terrace for cozy evenings.

In a few minutes you can reach Lake Ibra, where you can swim and fish. In summer you can also use the water ski facility.
In the directly adjacent wellness hotel there is a restaurant for meals as well as a sauna / pool area for wellness.

There were a few problems. An outdoor chair was broken, basket of broken toys for our grandchild, the freezer contained a melted then frozen mess it it, the playground (down the road) needs attention. The pillows are worn and need replacement. Opening the upstairs windows were not possible due to curtains. Poor noise enforcement of other residents.

Es war im Allgemein sehr schön und sauber. Allerdings die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Sonnenschirm war nicht gut montierbar und eineige Stühle waren defekt. Sonst aber sehr schön und wir haben uns gut erholt.

Jährliches Treffen von Schulfreunden

Bei unserem jährlichen Treffen von Schulfreunden, stehen immer die Jungs im Vordergrund, und weniger das „Wo“. Das Haus hat jedoch alles gehabt, was es braucht, um neun Erwachsene unterzubringen in Bezug auf Küche, Bäder, Aufenthalts-/Essbereich. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Mirella, sowie Check-in und Check-out Prozesse liefen hervorragend 😊

Wunderschönes Wochenende in tollem Ferienhaus

Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage und hat alles was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die spontane Buchung war unkompliziert und die Verwalterin und Vermieter waren freundlich und zuverlässig. Definitiv empfehlenswert! Ich komme immer wieder gerne.

Gute Wochenenderfahrung

Für uns als Großfamilie mit verschied. Paarkonstellationen gut mit den Zimmern ausgestattet. Küche prima ausgestattet. 2 Bäder sehr wertvoll. Sauna ein tolle Guddi. HiFi Anlage ist schon in die Jahre gekommen- kein Blootooth.

Was man nicht vergessen sollte mitzunehmen

Das Haus war groß genug und sauber. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Allerdings sind die Angaben über Dinge die nicht im Haus vorhanden sind, nicht genau genug. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, CD Player, DVD Player, Wäscheständer, Gefrierfach (ca. 30cm hoch). Geschirrspülmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Toilettenpapier Geschirrhandtücher, Spültücher, Waschpulver müssen mitgebracht werden. Bettwäsche und Spannbettlaken können mitgebracht oder ausgeliehen werden. Die Bettenaufteilung sind 3 Doppelbetten und 3 Einzelbetten. Aber alle Betten können mit einem 90x200 cm Spannbetttuch bezogen werden. Die Sauna kann zeitgleich mit höchsten 4 Personen belegt werden und ist nicht mehr die dichteste.

Für ein Wochenende ganz ok, ansonsten kann man im Winter dort in der Umgebung nicht so viel machen.

Vermietung lief einwandfrei. Haus was sehr gut ausgestattet (auch für Kinder (Kinderbett, Hochstuhl…) vorhanden) Leider dauerte es etwas bis es dort warm wurde. Brötchenservice hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Für eine Woche tolle Urlaub mit Familie

Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich, check-in und -out hat super geklappt. Das Haus war ausreichend groß für zwei Familien mit Kinder. Die Sauna haben wir fleißig genutzt, weil das Wetter nicht so toll war. Da findet man Platz für 2-3 Personen.

Ein schönes Wochenende

Die Wohnung und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Leider sehr bergig und von daher für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht so geeignet. Ansonsten ist alles wie beschrieben. Mit acht Personen wird es unten etwas eng. Die Schlafzimmer sind auf jeden Fall groß genug. Die Verwalterin war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Insgesamt ein gelungenes Wochenende.

Das Objekt hatte seine besseren Zeiten hintersich, aber im Großen und Ganzen war es für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Zu bemängeln war der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter (etwas speziell im Umgang mit uns Gästen) und die Schlafplätze - der Topper meines eigenen Bettes ist dicker als die Matratze vorort. Wer mit realistischen Ansprüchen die Immobilie in Anspruch nimmt, wird aber nicht enttäuscht sein

Quadratisch, praktisch, gut!

Wir haben 4 Tage in diesem Domizil verbraucht und fanden es sehr schön. Das Haus verfügt über alle Dinge, die man im alltäglichen Leben braucht und der Platz, den das Haus bietet, wurde optimal ausgenutzt. Die Anreise/Abreise bzw. Check-in/Check-out haben reibungslos und unkompliziert funktioniert. Die Küche, Bäder und Zimmer waren super sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war auch super und schnell. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!
