A Brilliant Place to Stay!

We’ve stayed in Xabia three times and this has been the most favourite villa. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and the position on the hill affords you a cooling breeze. The villa was really well equipped and was better than the photographs showcased. The views were lovely. The outside area was great; big pool, spacious decking area, permanent covered area for shade. The whole place was very clean and tidy. Marco and Celia are thoughtful owners and maintained good contact throughout the booking and our stay. They helped us with a special favour on our last day, which just shows how kind and caring they are! I would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa. Lovely area.

Super experience from start to finish. Marco, the owner, was super responsive and very helpful. At the villa there was everything we would need. Andreas, the villa manager, was on hand if we needed him. We only needed help with the BBQ connection and he was there in minutes to connect us. Marco checked in via text to make sure all was ok during the stay-but we had no issues. It was super. The local tapas bar was simply fantastic. The curry house also a delight- and both walkable. Sadly, didn’t get time for the other walkable restaurants. Maybe next time! Definitely a lovely place to stay. Recommended! Thanks Marco, Celia and Andreas!

Buena vista - Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der Villa Buena Vista sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit in dem geräumigen Anwesen. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich pudelwohl. Zur Begrüßung hatten uns Marco und Celia eine kleine Überraschung vorbereitet. Auf einem kleinen Tablett fanden wir 2 Flaschen Wein, ein paar Snacks und eine liebe Grußkarte. Auch Hausmeister Andreas war stets hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein kleines Problem gab. Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach hervorragend mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Klippen und das Meer von Cap de la Nao und Cumbre de Sol. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Herzen von Javea und die gesamte Umgebung der urbanización mit den gepflegten Häusern ist sehr schön und ruhig. Fußläufig ist der Chiringuito "El Trovador" zu erreichen. Für ein paar Tapas und ein kühles Bier zur Mittagszeit sehr zu empfehlen (die besten croquetas de jamón ibérico weit und breit). An dem großen Pool mit großzügiger Terrasse und Sonnenschutz konnten wir hervorragend entspannen, aber auch aufgrund der Größe und Tiefe sehr gut schwimmen. Die Bucht Granadella ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, aber der Aufstieg zu Fuß doch etwas beschwerlich. Hier bietet sich dann doch eher das Auto oder E-Bike an. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes, rustikales Haus mit wunderbaren Terrakotta-Fliesen im Wohnbereich in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Wer Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles super!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit Celia und Marco hätte nicht besser sein können, wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder!
