Spacious 3 bdrm

Great location in proximity to convention center and downtown area. Neighborhood was quiet. Clean and good amount of space. Perfect for what we needed for the weekend.

Good Bones getawsy

It was ok. But felt like it was more for sports groups or special get together for events in area. There were no night stands or end tables which is inconvenient for laying phone or baby monitors or drinks next to bed or seating. There was not even one lamp in the home. When you need to get up with an infant this is very inconvenient. The area rug in living room was filthy. The walls were scuffed and dirty as well. No instructions for TV so had to call maintenance twice to get it working. The location was ok but advertises as walking convenience but S East street is very busy to walk with a stroller. Had I known this area better, I probably would have chosen an area more fitting for infant strolling and walking convenience to restaurants, but I had to go On info listed. Loved the off street parking. Just a little tight turning into. Overall I was a bit disappointed. But then again, I had no idea of the area or walking convenience. It was a getaway to explore the neighborhoods renovated in the Good Bones HGTV show and it was more of a driving exploration.

Great stay - a little hot

My friends and I had a great stay overall. The house was clean but did smell of smoke. In the dead of Summer it got pretty hot upstairs. There was no thermostat up there, only one fan in the hallway. Downstairs felt great but the air just didn’t make it upstairs so some people ended up sleeping on the couch and floor downstairs due to the heat. Maybe add extra fans or give the renters a heads up. The neighborhood could look questionable but we definitely felt safe.

Great location in Indy

Excellent, safe place to stay if you want to be near the fun of Mass Ave, Fountain Square, downtown area. Broadripple close by as well! It was beautiful, just like the pictures!
