Me and the family had an awesome time here. Everything was very close too even though we didn't venture out much because the first couple days were freezing cold. The kids loved the hottub and the tv. Id definitely get this property again in the future.

Clean and spacious rooms. Host was great and easy to reach. The location was awesome. It was close enough to restaurants and fun, but still felt like you were miles away from town. We will definitely be back.

We booked a last minute fall break trip and were so pleased with our experience. The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and fun! Perfect for our crew of 6 adults and 6 children. The property is in a great location. It was close to everything but you still feel secluded in a private wooded area with a beautiful landscape. Thank you for the lovely place to create memories with family and friends!

It's strategically located and close to the main road and all other places we needed to visit, everything was like 10 to 15mins away and we enjoyed the convenience. The house is well equipped with almost all kitchen and bathroom amenities and has a nice hot tub and fire place. The only things that i disliked were the washer, the start button didn't work and you have to press it really hard to get it to work, also the stove doesn't heat well and made cooking time too long.Overall, the premise is well kept and clean and it's in a quite serene location.

Nancy, thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the cabin’s convenient location to the new casino, peaceful setting, and amenities, including the hot tub and fireplace. It’s also wonderful to hear that you found the cabin clean, well-kept, and well stocked for your stay. We also truly appreciate you bringing the washer and stove concerns to our attention. Feedback like this is very helpful, and our maintenance team will inspect both items to make sure everything is working as it should for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us here in Broken Bow. We would love the opportunity to host you again on your next visit.

A time for Giving

The property was amazing. I didn't have to talk with the Host or Management about anything. The property was just like the description on the web. Everything was very clean and well thought of. The property is beautiful. Thanks

We loved our stay! Great place to have kids. The property in general was super clean nothing to complain about inside the house. However, I do suggest that the hot tub needs to be scrub, adding chemicals to it is not enough! Also, when trying to communicate with the host it took hours for them to respond. I’m glad it wasn’t an emergency so it didn’t ruin any of our plans. Please keep that in mind for future bookings. Overall, this property had everything that we wanted and description was very accurate!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay, found the home clean and kid-friendly, and that everything met your expectations based on the listing. We apologize for the delay in communication during your visit. Our typical response time is within the hour, but the Labor Day weekend was unusually busy. Please note that our phone number is posted in several locations throughout the property, and we’re able to respond more quickly via text for any time-sensitive needs. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the hot tub. Prior to each guest’s arrival, our hot tubs are fully drained, scrubbed, refilled, and treated with fresh chemicals. That said, they can become cloudy or dirty with use, which is why we provide hot tub granules in the cabin for guests to use as needed during their stay. Thanks again for your helpful input—we’re always looking for ways to improve. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay in the future!
