Location matters in Great Exuma.  We are as central as you can get to all things (grocery, restaurants, Stocking Island, etc). This five star luxury home has over 7,000 square feet of living space and over 180 degree views of the world famous Elizabeth Harbor as well as beach access. It is centrally located outside the capital of Great Exuma called Georgetown and is in an exclusive gated community with 24/7 security. It has exquisite views of Elizabeth Harbor in every room of the house. Overall, the home has 4 bedrooms all with 6 bathrooms, one of the largest private pools on the island as well as a private dock to keep up to a 45 foot boat, a second  over the water lounging area off the pool and an ocean front walkway that connects the two areas. The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) with each bedroom with ensuite , newly remodeled  bathrooms with gorgeous designs. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor in the fully equipped, newly remodeled  apartment that is accessed with a separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom (queen), a full kitchen, remodeled bathroom and a living room with an additional sleeper sofa - apartment is over 1800 square feet.The property is on its own private peninsula on double ocean front lots as well as beach access a few minute walk. The extensive gardens and paths around the property are an extra bonus. Other unique features include luxury coastal furniture, high speed wifi, smart ceiling fans, full gourmet kitchen with new appliances, extra large dining room, sun room, laundry rooms,  pool kitchen, pool bathroom and full shower, and beautiful outdoor furniture including a gazebo with a dining table on the water. At night, the property illuminates into a dreamy blue fairy tail with gorgeous lighting.  February Point Beach club includes an on site restaurant, two beach areas, two public pools, spa, and separate fitness facility. Massages available for additional cost.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please leave the apartment keys on round table in main house.

Please insure all lights, fans, etc are off.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please DO NOT cut open coconuts on any home area like our veranda ,columns. The coconut will damage the stucco. Please do not open them in the pool.

If you use the pool floats located in the pool bathroom, please return them at the end of the day so they do not blow away.

Please do not leave the front door exterior lights on all night as the alarm that is sent to our phones if exterior lights are on longer than 24 hours

Why they chose this property

We looked throughout Exuma for a home. Although this home was not on the market, we were allowed to view and convinced the owner to sell to us. We found the house while boating and knew there wasnt another house on the island like it.

What makes this property unique

The location of the home is special. A private peninsula that allows privacy but also is central on the island. The design of the home is fantastic as it captures the beauty of the peninsula perfectly. We completely gutted and renovated the home to insure the stature of the home matched the location. Its an explosion of the greek isles (which we love) and The Bahamas (which we love).
