Waterfront Hideaway is an amazing condo, brand new remodeled located on an intersecting canal in the Southeast of Cape Coral. This condo is the end unit in a small building complex, boasts over 930 square feet, has two outside areas, and sleeps up to 4 guests. Overlooking a large intersecting canal with direct Gulf access, provides a community pool as well as a boat dock (first come first serve) and is very close to everything. This rental also includes a covered parking space in a carport, which helps to keep your car cool.
You will be welcomed by an open kitchen and living space. Fully equipped modern kitchen and modern furniture with very comfortable seating to watch the flat screen TV. Sliders open to the lanai with quaint seating where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning while watching the boats going out or relax with a glass of wine in the evening as you overlook the huge intersecting canal with Gulf Access.

There is a length of stay requirement for this community of no less than 3-month. Association application and background checks will be required, and approval delays can occur.

We will be checking you into your home personally, but we will also be there for you prior, during and after your stay for any questions that might arise. Upon request your fridge can be filled with your favorite food to enjoy at your arrival.

Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
