Waterfront Hideaway Gulf access Pool

Waterfront Hideaway is an amazing condo, brand new remodeled located on an intersecting canal in the Southeast of Cape Coral. This condo is the end unit in a small building complex, boasts over 930 square feet, has two outside areas, and sleeps up to 4 guests. Overlooking a large intersecting canal with direct Gulf access, provides a community pool as well as a boat dock (first come first serve) and is very close to everything. This rental also includes a covered parking space in a carport, which helps to keep your car cool.

You will be welcomed by an open kitchen and living space. Fully equipped modern kitchen and modern furniture with very comfortable seating to watch the flat screen TV. Sliders open to the lanai with quaint seating where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning while watching the boats going out or relax with a glass of wine in the evening as you overlook the huge intersecting canal with Gulf Access.

The Master bedroom provides a king-size bed, en-suite bath that offers a walk-in shower and a one sink vanity. The guest room comes with a two single beds and a full bath with a one sink vanity and a walk in showe..

Convenient in-unit washer and dryer, complementary high-speed internet, and WiFi network throughout. Smart- TV in the living room. Linens and towels, beach chairs and sunbrella will be available for your stay.

Not a thing to do but pack your bags and leave the snow and start living the good life. Meet your neighbors at the weekly social gathering and make new friends & memories in paradise.

There is a length of stay requirement for this community of no less than 3-month. Association application and background checks will be required, and approval delays can occur.

Reach the white sandy beaches by boat or car within 20- 45 minutes. Downtown Cape Coral 5 Minutes. Downtown Fort Myers 15 min. Many Golf Courses, great shopping, watersports and so much more, come and explore sunny Cape Coral!

We will be checking you into your home personally, but we will also be there for you prior, during and after your stay for any questions that might arise. Upon request your fridge can be filled with your favorite food to enjoy at your arrival.
