Welcome to Oceanic beech house. It is a single family house over 2300 sq. feet which you will have for your self only. Our house has 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Living room has 60 inch Tv and one of sofa bed can be used as queen bed if needed. Hi-Speed Wi fi is present for you to work in or outside. In the garage you will find beech cart chairs and kid toys. There are four parking spots. Outdoor swimming pool which can be heated if needed is very private and has one shower outdoor, patio furniture, bar with refrigerator and grill. It is only 5-minutes walking to Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy the Beach or Town of Lauderdale By The Sea with Anglin's Fishing Pier, shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, as well as park for kids, tennis, basketball courts and also Publix grocery store. We supply all towels, beech chairs. cooler. If you feel to explore our metropolitan areas of Fort Lauderdale and Miami there are multiple options to choose from for example Everglades most iconic ecosystem are about one hour drive to Francis S. Taylor Wildlife Management Area or Hugh Taylor Birch Park is 10 minutes drive another option is sport events as Miami Dolphins NFL, Florida

Lauderdale By The Sea is small Town and it is ideal for vacation on the Atlantic Ocean and you do not need car as you can easily walk every were to restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafe shops, many varieties shops as well as Publix grocery store.

Sunny Florida weather and Atlantic Ocean will give your body many good health reasons to enjoy your life. This house is very private, specially backyard was created for travelers which enjoy resort like setting with heated swimming pool if needed, outdoor shower, large out door dinning table, bar with WIFI, speakers, refrigerator, umbrellas, BBQs, deep sitting, tables, chairs, loungers and games as basket ball hub and corn hole.
