Charming eclectic 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen. 5 min drive to Bay Bridge/San Francisco, Powell Street Plaza Eateries, Bay Street Plaza, Trader Joes, and Target. 10 min drive to University of California Berkeley, the Greek Theater and one hour from Napa Valley. What guest love about this area is its quite neighborhood, and its proximity to all transportation arteries. My favorite thing in walking distance are the pocket parks for small picnics and the Emeryville Marina for something spicy. Bring a jacket. What makes this property stand out is its full amenities in a cozy space.

I am a 51 year old business owner who works with youth. My husband is a teacher and together we care for our home that has been in my family for the past 50 years. I have watched the neighborhood grow up around me literally and now it is one of the most desirable places to be in the City.
Why they chose this property
This is a vintage property that has been remolded. I did all the upgrades myself when I assumed responsibility for my Grandmothers home. I love being here and sharing the space with others. It is a home away from home
