Get together with your loved ones to enjoy a location close to downtown Asheville! Enjoy a fully-stocked house with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Closely located to some of Asheville's most wonderful attractions such as the BIltmore, Grove Park Inn, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen with a dishwasher as well as very large living space to gather and celebrate!

Note: this unit does share a driveway with another we have on the property. Otherwise, these units are completely separate with private entrances and no shared living spaces.

Could not have worked out better.

The house is one of the most guest-friendly properties I've rented. The hosts really do it right...all the little things matter, and they were great. I will not hesitate to stay here on my next trip to Asheville.

Great weekend getaway!

We loved our stay at Woodfin! Kym has a super clean and comfy home. It was a perfect location for us and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the local recommendations for great coffee and food.

Excellent experience!

The location is quiet and rural but with easy access to the freeway and 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. The home is private with spacious living area as shown in photos. We had 4 people but it could accommodate 10. There is a nice rear deck. Parking was easy but would probably be limited to 2 cars in the driveway. The home and amenities are new and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with basics and included coffee, snacks, and a bottle of wine. The check in and check out process was easy. The hosts responded promptly to questions. We would definitely book again.
