Very pleasant vacation

We stayed in this house in July 2023 for a period of 3 weeks. We loved the pool, the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven. The beds are comfortable. The host are very friendly and willing to help. The house is quite remote in a small village so nice an quite. The nearest beach is 15 mins away and larger supermarkets are 20 min drive. The kitchen equipment is quite basic and of low quality, but everything works. The gas burner with grill in the kitchen as shown on te pictures was replaced when we where there by a 4 burner electric stove. Bring your own Nespresso machine if you can, a filter coffee machine is provided

Top für Kinder

Tolle Unterkunft für zwei bis drei Familien. Für die Kinder war das Grundstück ein Traum mit Pool, Spielplatz und Trampolin. Und der Grillplatz mit der gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheit war für uns Erwachsene das Highlight. Zudem waren die Gastgeber sehr nett und schnell erreichbar.

Alles sehr schön

Sehr geehrter Herr Kiwitt, war alles sehr schön, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und gastfreundlich. man hatte absolut seine Ruhe und konnte sehr gut entspannen.Euer Servis ist bestens. Ich wollte nachfragen,ob man das Objekt für August 2016 schon buchen kann und was es für 2 Wochen kostet.

Der Service war hervorragend

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Haus ist sehr sauber und alles neu eingerichtet. Der Service war hervorragend, der WLAN Anschluss war kaputt, wurde postwendend am Montag dann repariert. Leider spricht die Vermieterin nur englisch, ihre Eltern welche vor Ort sind nur kroatisch. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, das Haus ist nicht auf Anhieb zu finden. Es hat eine Weile gedauert, bis wir schließlich mit telefonieren und durchfragen angekommen sind. Das Grundstück mit 6000 m2 ist toll, vorallem weil wir 2 Hunde haben. Auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung kann man spazieren gehen.

Wir würden wieder na...

Wir würden wieder nach Istrien reisen. Allerdings zeitlich eher von Österreich losfahren (wo wir vorher im Urlaub waren). Durch den Bettenwechsel war ein Riesen Stau nach Triest. Das wussten wir leider vorher nicht. Zurück sind wir eine andere Grenze gefahren. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Der Pool sauber. Das Haus auch. Alles gut.

Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind angereist - das Haus ist ideal. Man findet dort alles was man braucht. Zudem ist es sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Vermieter sind super. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und schön. Zum Meer nach Luka Kranica dauert es ca. 10 Autominuten, Einkauf, Tanken, Geldwechsel in Barban ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, zwei Restaurants in Prodol (der Italiener ist super). Die nächst größeren Städte sind leider etwas weiter weg. Wer also Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Kontakt mit Herrn Kiwitt war auch super. Vorabzahlung auch zu empfehlen.
