This newly renovated condo accommodates up to 6 people in comfortable beds - no sofa beds here! The master bedroom features a king size bed with a 12 inch ventilated cool gel topped memory foam mattress; the living room offers a queen size Murphy bed with a 10 inch memory foam mattress; and the hallway has built in twin bunk beds with USB ports for the kids. The bathroom offers entrances from both the master bedroom and the hallway for convenience. In addition, the unit has a washer and dryer

The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinets, bar seating and everything you need to prepare your favorite meal or just snacks for the beach. The tastefully decorated living area offers plenty of room to watch movies on the smart TV, play board games or just spend quality time together. Walk out onto the oversized balcony with seating for 8 and enjoy ocean views or watch the kids take a dip in the pool, which is heated in the cooler months.

The best part about Pelican Place is location, location, location. Direct access to white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico is just across the pedestrian friendly street. In addition, there are plenty of nearby shopping options, restaurants and entertainment.

Great Stay!

This is a very nice place. It almost seems as if it is brand new on the inside. The owner is a great host and was very accommodating to our request. The swimming pool and hot tub facilities were great. We will be back to stay here again for sure.

The place was perfect for the family. Great location, just across the street from the street, clean, the owner was friendly and kept us updated the entire way through booking and even after check-out. Very close to all to anything we needed. I would recommend this rental to my family & hope to be able to book again!

This vacation rental is absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed & more! The owner Shyla had constant communication and made sure everything was perfect including the little welcome basket of treats our 3 little boys loved This is our 8th time to Destin and 2nd staying at the Grand Caribbean East. The condo was awesome. Small, compact but just enough room and super cute! The view was amazing. The beds were like clouds. To be able to just walk right across the street to the white sand beach was fantastic. The host was very easy to contact and fast to reply. definitely will be staying again!!

Amazing family time

We had amaizing time. Everything's was just great. The condo it just amaizing, clean,have everything what we need. You could see ocean from balcony, have all stuff for beach,chairs umbrella,kids toys. The owner very wonderful people very quike answer the phone or msg. We live that place. Definitely came back 🥰🥰🥰

Best place this side of heaven

My husband and I just loved everything about this condo. It was setup so well. We felt comfortable the moment we opened the door. We spent most of our time on the beautiful deck having our meals. Pool and hot tub were great. Can’t say enough good things about this unit snd our host. Hope to return next year for an even longer time.

With the full support of my husband of 33 years, I made an offer on this beautiful property during our anniversary trip to the area in August. It was literally perfect! We absolutely love the beach and have made many trips to different beaches over the years. I wanted a place to retire one day and spend quality time with my family. My husband and I have two grown daughters and our best family memories always include a beach vacation. I hope in the near future to have grandkids to share my love of the beach with.

This condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, beds for 6, washer and dryer in unit, over-sized balcony seats 8 with views of the gulf and the pool and hot tub area.
