Fabulous place

Perfect location very close to shops and park! The owners were fabulous and very accommodating! The house had everything that we needed

Beach week stay

The property was lovely. Very bright, clean and well decorated. It was also well stocked with chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. The only critique and I think it is a big one is that the owners used their cameras on the regular to watch our comings and going and sent me unsolicited notes to get people out of the home because they thought we were throwing parties. We were not throwing parties and just were having quiet gatherings of well-behaved and respectful high school graduates going to the top colleges in the country. The owners should have known that this was beach week and they were renting to high school graduates. We had responsible adult chaperones on site keeping the noise down and did not cause any damage. I would suggest that the owners not rent their house if they think they need to harass their renters with daily messages about guests and bringing up the contract and its terms and the contract isn't available on the website. I would not stay at this house again as the owners showed themselves as nervous amateurs and it was very uncomfortable.
