This was our 5th time renting from Heavenly Rez and once again it delivered well beyond our expectations! This property is great, super clean, updated and amazing location less than a block from the beach/boardwalk. Kim is always very accessible and communicates very transparently which we always appreciate! We had a total of 5 kids under 7 with us and even when some renters on the first floor complained about some noise/running around on the floors, Kim reached out and explained the situation very kindly and with understanding! We loved our vacation and will be back next year!!

Amazing Property. Plenty of Space

My family absolutely loved staying here. The location to the boardwalk is perfect. Close enough that it is easily walkable, but far enough to not have to deal with the noise and hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The property itself was stunning with space for up to 3 families to stay along with ample parking. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitley plan to come back.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was beyond our expectations. It was clean, decorated nicely, located just between the boardwalk and Asbury Avenue for shopping, and had all the amenities we needed. The owners were terrific communicators. My family was able to celebrate the holiday with relaxation.

Amazing vacation home

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home in Ocean City. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, easy for my family that included a young niece and my older parents. My teenage and young adult children enjoyed the closeness to all the activities and yet the privacy of the beautifully decorated patios to hang out on and enjoy the ocean breezes. The bedrooms were comfortable and the linens provided (especially the beach towels) made packing for our trip so simple and easy. We enjoyed cooking together as a family in the kitchen and the other amenities provided, like beach tags and beach chairs, also made the stay simple and comfortable. All in all a beautiful home that made our family vacation a true blessing.

family vacation

This was a great place for our summer vacation. We went away with our adults kids, their spouses and our grandchildren. The set up was perfect with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. The house was stocked with anything we could need including beach chairs. The location was great. We were able to walk to the beach (even with a 3 and 5 year old) using the caddy to carry all our stuff. We also walked to the stores and restaurants. The boardwalk had something for everyone. We had a very relaxing time and never had to use our car for the entire week. I would definitely book again.

This is an absolutely amazing property. You will arrive and it’s all ready for you to start enjoying your vacation. accommodations are top notch. We ate all meals there and the kitchen has everything you need. The linens and towels are wonderful quality. Plenty of beach chairs beach towels and the beach caddy to get to and from the ocean with ease. Started packs are left inside the condo for a great start to your Vacation. It’s close to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, the shopping areas. You can walk to the acme. I would definitely book again. This was a family multigenerational vacation and it met all our needs. 2 floors. Quiet. Plenty of hot water AC is powerful and all appliances are top quality. Plenty of room for large groups. 3 balconies. Communication with the owners was prompt and answered all my questions. Absolutely outstanding.
