Wouldn’t recommend for a weekly stay.
House is in a good location for a short walk down to the conference buildings. Washer and dryer are not adequate for a stay longer than a few days. WiFi signal is shady…the TV kept disconnecting from the WiFi. The kitchenware and cookware is very old and rusty and stained. If you stay here, you will need to bring your own pots, pans, and casserole dishes to cook with and Tupperware to store leftovers. I recommend this place after some updates are made and the house is deep cleaned.

Hood Upper - apartment
Spacious older apartment with MCM decor. Plenty of windows for natural light. Generous sized rooms and two nice bathrooms with good basic supplies - soaps, toilet paper & plenty of towels. Great screened-in porch could be extra sleeping area & allowed for wonderful breezes. Plenty of seating in living area. Comfortable beds. Lacks a dishwasher and the stove/oven is old but works. No vent for overhead stove. Electric baseboard heat kept us comfortable. No A/C but did not need it in September.
Would rent again.
