Better than a motel/hotel
Cute little apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. It stays pretty damp so you will be emptying the dehumidifier about every 12 hours. And you need to schedule your meals and outings around washing and drying your clothes. You have to hook your washer up to the kitchen sink so you need to make sure you have no meals that need to be prepared and no sink use during that time. And the exhaust is not vented out of the room for the dryer so schedule your drying when you will not be in your room. Other than that great little place.

Not enjoyable
The description of this property said it slept 4 which is what we indicated in our rental. When we arrived it has two twin beds in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed had no sheets and there were none to be found. We had to call VRBO customer service to have the property manager bring us some which delayed our original plans for dinner out. Also, the heater in the bedroom does not work so we had to have the maintenance guy drop of a space heater and batteries for the TV remote that didn’t work. There where tenants staying in the rooms above us and we could hear every footstep and noise. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable and it was difficult to sleep due to the noise of the heater and the refrigerator in the same room. The stove smoked when we turned it on due to burnt on food that hasn’t been cleaned off. There is also crumbs and small hairs in the silverware drawer. The location is not pleasant as there was an off putting odor from a near by plant. The drive way has tight parking for the vehicles allowed. The washer and dryer unit provided is portable and has to be pulled to the sink for filling. Therefore, we did not use it. The shower head is low and if you are over 5.5ft tall you will have to bend your legs to fit under it. Overall, it is a place to lay your head and cook food if needed.
