Vi's Lakeview Cottage

'WE NOW HAVE OPTIONS FOR BEDS, WE HAVE INSTALLED NEW BEDDING IN BOTH BEDROOMS SO YOU CAN HAVE A KING BED IN YOUR ROOM OR 2 XL TWINS IN YOUR ROOM. Beautiful small home totally renovated in 2022 built in 1935. Beautiful views of Brest Bay on Lake Erie. Private neighborhood. Walk a few blocks to the beach. Walk across the street and go fishing. Relax out on the deck or on the porches. Sterling State park just a few minutes away. Local fishing charters. And ice fishing & hunting in the winter.
If you are a pet owner, pets are not to be left alone in the house.
Fishermen & women, if you want to dock your boat daily or weekly their are 2 different marines close by you can call. Of course you can always park the boat at our rental.

The property was lovely, as the photos showed. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the TVs in each room and the LaZBoy recliner with heat and massage. The kitchen was up-to-date with amenities like a dishwasher, wine cooler, and microwave. We loved the balcony with the great view of the lake. It was rainy, and so we didn't get to enjoy that as much as we would have liked, but the sliding glass doors and all the large windows facing the lake gave us a really nice view, too. We appreciated the coziness of the cottage and the cleanliness.

We stayed here for a week and the home was absolutely lovely. It was very clean, bright, and cheerful, and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. One especially thoughtful touch was that the host had decorated for Christmas, which was completely unexpected and made the stay feel extra special. It was a wonderful place to relax, and we really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful property in a great location! By far my favorite property I've stayed at in the area so far! The home was conveniently located to restaurants and the water with a lot of offerings for entertainment near by. The host went above and beyond with small details to really make this feel like home away from home!! I highly recommend it!

Very nice house. Excellent views of Lake Erie and access to the water. Comfortable bed and living room. Nice having the 2 baths. Location worked out well for us. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Lakeview House

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting family. Nice views while enjoying our morning coffee and making meals in a great kitchen. Responsive service from host. Very walkable neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

High Quality Lakeview Vacation Home

The property was beautifully prepared and well-stocked with house essentials. There is a beautiful view of Lake Erie and easy access to local beaches. We greatly enjoyed staying in this bright and comfortable vacation home. We appreciate that our pet dog was welcome, too.

Great Place

Great little house with amazing interior. Super clean and updated. We were in town to visit family so we decided to stay here vs a hotel a mile up the road. We will most likely stay there again.
