Beautiful apartment in an ideal location. Very comfortable for a family of 5, very clean, easy communication with the host. When we come back to Philadelphia we will stay here again!

Perfect location.

Came up for a Phillies game, and the place was just perfect for my son and I. Very convenient to great restaurants and the parking space is a game changer. The place was clean and quiet.

Updated urban living near Rittenhouse Square

We enjoyed the lovely updated accommodations in a great location. The area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great trip! Will be back!

Awesome!

The property was very clean, comfortable and beautiful! I would not hesitate to stay here again. The area was nice and charming. Lots of good restaurants. Having the parking space on the property was a bonus! Would definitely book this property again!

Philly VRBO

The VRBO was very responsive to any questions we had!!!It was fun to stay in a neighborhood. Rittenhouse Park just 2 blocks away, was easy walking distance. Area was amazing, such a friendly vibe. Great eating restaurants all around.Curved (3 flights) staircase was beautiful.

This is in the perfect location for a Philadelphia getaway. Its immaculate, updated, comfortable. Fantastic location for restaurants, markets, city center, art museums and historical sites. The par. Highly recommend!k itself was lovely

Awesome spot!

Best property we have stayed in in Philadelphia, and we’ve stayed here a lot for family visits. Clean, safe, parking spot (tight but do-able), and comfortable. Only things I would add would be a blanket or two to use as needed and maybe a jar of sugar as a staple.

Great location with rich history

We really enjoyed our getaway to Philly. The unit was great with ample space and amenities. The history of the building also ties directly to the growth of Philadelphia. The unit is a three story walkup, which might be a consideration for families with small children, but did not bother us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property - Great neighborhood!

We loved this property and would absolutely stay here again! The apartment was spotless, modern, charming. The host responded very quickly to a couple minor requests. Fantastic bakery down the street, lots of coffee shops, 2 small grocery stores - all around the corner from Rittenhouse Square. Must be OK with rather steep stairs - not at all a problem, but might not work for everyone. Loved this stay!

Great stay in Philly

My teen boys loved the property. Very nice area of the city. Close businesses for coffee in the AM, grocery store and restaurants. A little confusing finding the assigned parking space initially, as there are one-way streets in this area. There is no elevator, and this unit was on the third floor with lots of stairs. We enjoyed our stay.
