Do you want to be in the front row? Enjoy the wonderful panorama over the lake to the Alps? Then you are right here! The house is located in the pedestrian zone directly on Lake Constance (access for loading and unloading is possible).
The tastefully furnished, fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms, living-dining room, fully equipped small kitchen and bathroom is located in the attic of the house and can accommodate four people. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed with a size of 1.80 x 2.00 m. The second bedroom is quite small, has a bed with a size of 1.40 x 2.00 m under a sloping roof and a separate shower room.

The living-dining room has a window directly to the lake promenade, from the large bedroom or from the bed you have a side lake view.

Apartment with a view

This beautifully styled apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. The small kitchen is well fitted out. The beds are comfortable with linen and towels provided. Everything was spotless. On the doorstep are restaurants, bars and ice cream. The house master was very friendly and helpful.

Lakefront view

If there were a way to give this property a 10 we would. We had APT 70 / 71 with a balcony overlooking Lake Constance. It was spectacular. Everything we wanted was within a short walk. The Old Town was fun with great restaurants and attractions. The entire region is full of history. Definitely an apartment we would request again. Christian was a very helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

Hottest week ever

We came on the week of a terrible heat wave - we could manage sleeping at night, there were two fans that helped tremendously. We had to leave the apartment all afternoon until around 8:00pm because of the heat. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a terrific location. I think that if we had had a balcony to take advantage of the evening breeze it would have been perfect

Erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Meersburg verlebt. Das Wetter war herrlich und die Leute entspannt und freundlich. Unsere Wohnung war hell, modern und verfügt über eine gehobene Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gute Lage direkt an der Seepromenade

Es war insgesamt sehr schön da wir am Abend noch in der Fußgängerzone sitzen und den Urlaub richtig genießen konnten. Die Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse groß genug, sie ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Allerdings waren jeden Tag ca. 4 mal 48 Stufen erst runter und dann wieder rauf zu bewältigen.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit See- und Alpenblick

Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Reihe am See und man hat vom Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie von einem der Schlafzimmer direkten Blick auf den Bodensee. Alles war in einem sehr guten gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden (auch zum Austausch) ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und konnte auch was den Ort Meersburg sowie die Umgebung betrifft hilfreiche Informationen geben. In den 13 Tagen, die wir am Bodensee waren, haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es war toll! Von Schlüssel Übergabe bis Ausstattung war alles wunderbar. Wir hatten täglich mit Kind u Hund etwas anstrengung um in 3OG zu kommen. War allerdings auch in der Anzeige vermerkt mit Dachgeschoss. Wir würden in Zukunft nochmal gerne buchen!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten die Wohnung in Meersburg für eine Woche gemietet. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Seeufer in der zweiten Etage ohne Aufzug. Sie war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind ruhig und die Betten angenehm. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Seesicht statt Fernseher

Wir haben 1 Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Unsere beiden Söhne (16 u. 24) haben im kleinen Zimmer geschlafen, was hervorragend geklappt hat. Unser Auto konnten wir auf dem Serpentine Parkplatz abstellen, für den es für die Wohnung einen Parkausweis gibt - alles war wirklich gut und einfach zu erreichen. Bei der Seesicht braucht man keinen Fernseher mehr! ... wir kommen gern wieder.
