Home build is an open concept layout for the the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Great for families spending time together. Plenty of cozy seating and TVs in every room. Additional features: Outdoor landscape lighting at night, a 2 car garage with additional parking available in driveway, and large fully fenced backyard for privacy. Enjoy easy access to everything on Cortez Blvd. for from this centrally located home. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is within walking distance, Oak Hill Hospital less than a mile away.
