Haus Fleur - a renovated, cozy house to relax

Haus Fleur is detached on approx. 300 m² of land in a quiet final location of the holiday park and offers space for up to 6 people on approx. 85 m².
The holiday park in Sint Maarten is located near the North Sea. The house has just been renovated and has an open fireplace, terrace with awning, TV and WiFi.

The open living-dining area is on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is an extendable table for up to 8 people. An open fireplace, satellite and cable TV with 32 '' TV and DVD player and an Ikea Symfonisk Box (Sonos) are available.

In the kitchen you will find a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine,
a soda streamer (please bring a cartridge with you!) and a cordless vacuum cleaner as well as many other electrical helpers.
In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms with French beds (160 x 200 cm), in one of the two bedrooms there is also a single bed (80 x 200 cm) that can be pulled out into a full double bed (160 x 200 cm).
There is also a toilet on the upper floor.

The south terrace with table, chairs and loungers can be shaded with an awning.

Bed linen, towels, dry towels and dishcloths are not available.

The cost of final cleaning is € 70.

A Weber charcoal grill is available.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house - allergy sufferers are happy.

No rental to groups / youth groups.

Nettes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in gepflegter/ruhiger Anlage. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht inkl. Grill, Haushaltsgeräte, Gartenmoebel und viele praktische Dinge mehr.Die Poolanlage ist auch eine tolle Sache. Man muss seine eigenen Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitbringen. Das ist grundsätzlich okay und wird vorher auch so kommuniziert. Wie wir gesehen haben, haben andere Häuser in der Anlage anscheinend hierfür entsprechende Pakete mitbuchen können.Dies wäre der einzigste Verbesserungspunkt. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Heel compleet huisje

Wij hebben een heerlijk ontspannen midweek in dit huisje gehad. De extraatjes, zoals een zonnescherm, horren, een wasmachine en droger, een Nespresso apparaat, lekker veel servies en bovendien een ruime tuin op een rustige plek, maken dit tot een vakantieverblijf met een dikke plus!

Schöner Familien-Urlaub in Nord-Holland

Wir hatten einen schönen Sommer-Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeberin Frau Fleischer hat uns im Vorfeld mit allen wichtigen Informationen zur Unterkunft versorgt und der Check-In erfolgte aufgrund des elektronischen Schließsystems am Ferienhaus völlig unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus bietet genug Platz für 5 Personen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so im Alltag benötigt. Einzig das Bad ist etwas klein und die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist vielleicht für Kleinkinder unter 3 etwas steil. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht so schönes Wetter, aber die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die man zum Beispiel mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erkunden kann. Es gibt in der Nähe mehrere sehr schöne und breite Strände, die man innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Die Ferienanlage hat einen schönen Spielplatz sowie einen mittelgroßen Pool. Fazit: uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und das Ferienhaus sowie die Umgebung bietet sowohl für Familien als auch Paare viele Möglichkeiten.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ganz tolles, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit großem kaum einsehbaren Garten und allem was man braucht. Es hat wirklich an garnichts gefehlt! Sehr nette Vermieter! Für unsere 4köpfige Familie viel Platz. Bei einem mehr auch noch… Pool im Park ist super (umzäunt, gut geschützt für kleine Kinder) und der Spielplatz mit Fußballfeld toll. Auch ein Fahrradverleih mit netter Dame am Verleih ist vorhanden. Viele Wander und Radwege gut ausgeschildert. Nur einen Stern Abzug bei Umgebung, da es etwas weiter weg ist vom Strand und ‚mal eben‘ zum Strand nicht so möglich ist (war aber auch so ausgeschrieben). Wir hatten erholsame Ferien. Danke!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Meine Familie und ich hatten kürzlich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Die Lage war auch perfekt, da es in der Nähe von vielen Aktivitäten lag. Die Vermieterin war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich, und alle Fragen wurden schnell und effizient gelöst. Ich würde dieses Ferienhaus jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub verbringen möchte.

Super schöner Urlaub

Das Haus Fleur lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Trockner und auch in der Küche ist alles da. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig im Ferienpark De Wielen. Im Park gibt es einen Pool für die Bewohner. Ausflüge nach Schagen, Alkmaar und Amsterdam (mit dem Zug) sind zu empfehlen. Am Strand Petten aan Zee (ca. 8km) kann man kostenlos parken. Parken in Egmond aan Zee und Bergen aan Zee ist ziemlich teuer.

Das Haus war sauber in genau so wie beschrieben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Lediglich die Terrasse wurde wohl seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr benutzt und musste- wie auch die Gartenmöbel- von uns gereinigt werden.

Heerlijk huis!

Het huis is mooi, schoon, gezellig ingericht en met een prachtige tuin eromheen. Misschien een tip voor de eigenaar: zet een ventilator op de slaapkamer. Ik zat er in de heetste week van de zomer (perfect om dan zo dicht bij de kust te zijn!), maar dan wordt het in de slaapkamers wel erg warm. Verder alleen maar positief over dit heerlijke huis!

Haus Fleur, Park De Wielen

Het huis is rustig gelegen op een rustig park. Mooie woning, alles is voorhanden. Ongeveer 15 minuten van het strand. Veel dingen te zien en te doen in de buurt.
