Awesome house to spend a week in Cocoa Beach. Right across from the beach access, which for a week in June was not crowded at all. Very clean, and had basically everything you need for a week at the beach. Host was awesome, and very helpful!!

This beach house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed - beach equipment, bug spray, and all the essentials! It was so clear that the host had taken a lot of thought and care into making the space and us comfortable. The host was also so kind in messaging us about upcoming launches, which we were able to see from the beach by the house! I 10/10 recommend staying here. If I go back to Cocoa Beach, this is definitely where I’m staying!

This was a perfect place for our family with a child with special needs. It was close to the beach access and they had everything you’d need for the beach. It had a great outdoor space to hang out to get out of the sun. Simple, clean, and cute.

This rental had fantastic access to the beach right across the street! The outdoor patio was great for morning coffee and the outdoor shower was so convenient for those beach days. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable for our family. We highly recommend this lovely house!

Honestly, everything you need is in the home. The bed in the bedroom with the attached bathroom is a little on the firm side, and the pillows are pretty flat. My only suggestions would be to provide better pillows and add an outdoor fan on the back patio.Overall, I’d still give this house 5 stars. The communication was excellent, and everything else was just as expected. I would definitely book again, especially if you enjoy a laid-back beach atmosphere!
