To ensure you have a safe and awesome stay. I've listed some general house rules. They are important to your stay, please read them carefully:

1､No Pets

2､Please state the actual number of guests will be staying when reserving. Meaning if you book for 5 people, you can not have more than 5 people at the house at any time. If however we discover that additional guests are at the property without our knowledge (but it is captured on camera), we will charge $50/night per extra guest.

2､To prevent bugs entering the house, please keep the window screen and main door shut

4､Please do not Park on the street every Tuesdays or you will be given a ticket

5､This is a NON-SMOKING household -- smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-CIGARETTES, is not allowed at any time anywhere inside the house. Smoking OK only outside at the patio. Smoking in side the house will be fined $200 to remove the smoke smell.

6､Quiet hour: 11PM to 6AM. Do not toss trash or cigarette butts to our neighbors property. Do not do anything that will disturb our neighbors or they might call the police and you will receive a citation from the police. (This happened before. True story)

7､Keep the house clean and don’t eat or drink in the bedroom. If anything is damaged or the stain can’t be clean, you will be charged the amount to fix it or the cost of replacement. Please dump garbage to the correct garbage container.

8､Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would to your own.

9､Ants are active in the region. Please try not to leave food residues on the floor or on the table. Keep the floor clean. Thank you.

Overall very comfortable for large families We enjoyed the stay A few things that we noticed but did not make or break the experience If you have an iPhone you can’t stream anything on the TV Netflix and other streaming did not work The shower door in the room with the double beds does not close properly we had to use a towel and place on the floor to avoid water getting on the floor and guests slipping The two beds in that room were also a little low if you’re an elderly person with mobility issues it may be hard to get in and out of bed There weren’t any cooking pans or small pots to boil water available. Only very large pots Other than those minor details beds were comfortable And we would def come back

Great neighborhood and a very immaculately clean home. Private bathroom in each of the 4 bedrooms a plus. Quick response from owner. Very minor complaint: I wish handtowels/washcloths and coffee creamer/sugar would have been provided.

This house is gorgeous and clean! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and are spaced out to give privacy at the end of the day regardless if you’re traveling with families or friends. Living room area is spacious for our party of 8. The kitchen has a huge island and comes with basic kitchen wares for cooking. Beautiful front and back yard with flowers and fruit trees. The only con would be the gate to the garage need to be opened and closed manually and one of the stool in the kitchen was squeaking a lot but not a big deal, plenty of other seats around. The area is safe and quiet and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and can’t wait to do so! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Lovely place, but needs a little more attention to detail

It was a great house, the location worked well for us. Lots of great space. A few upgrades and maintenance improvements would help. Examples:- only one of three vanity lights in the Master bathroom was working- no hand towels in bathrooms (just bath towels) - the couch was really uncomfortable and very close to the ground- beds weren't that comfortable, and pillows were flat

Big home! So-so neighborhood. Cleanliness Mediocre

The home is comfortable and spacious with four full suites!We had two families total 4 kids and 4 adults.Check in was a breeze. Host communicates well.A few things about cleanliness. There were dead bugs along the walls in the suites (see photos). We ended up trying to vacuum them after the wives complained but two of the suites have really high ceiling (which we liked).The dryer doesn't work very well as we found clothes still damp after running the cycle a couple of times. We ended up having to use the timer function to run for 20 minutes to get them dry after the second normal cycle. Note this would explain the damp smell of the blankets and sheets as I'm sure they are never fully dried after a wash.One note about the water pressure. The sprinklers are scheduled to run before midnight so when we tried to shower after 10pm it was a trickle.
