We spent 5 days at the end of February this year. The suite is in a decent hotel in a good location. It is close to the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping. The hotel has a nice pool and outdoor bar area. The suite has a great view of the ocean. The furniture in the living room is in need of replacement. The couch is uncomfortable and dirty. The kitchen was not clean when we arrived. There was leftover food in the fridge and sticky surfaces. There was one tiny shampoo, conditioner and soap for our 5 day stay. These small touches would have made a big difference. Overall, a good stay.

Great Property

We enjoyed our time at this property! As noted by many, the location is truly excellent, with easy walks to restaurants, shopping, the beach, the Water Taxi and State park. You do not need a car here (and it costs $50 daily to park). The pool gets plenty of sun, as does the sun deck, and the Intercoastal activities can keep your attention, especially at night. We did experience some communication and property condition concerns. And it's important to know that this is a private unit in a Hilton operated hotel property which makes things more complicated. A few minor things to help you plan your stay: the WIFI (actually it is the standard Hilton Honors WIFI) noted as 100 mbps in the listing never tested at more than 10 mpbs so if you are planning on working it could be an issue periodically. The refrigerator is slightly bigger than dorm size and has no freezer shelf, so don’t do your shopping first. The grocery store is a short walk so you really can buy food a few days at a time. Overall, a great stay for sure, but not exactly the experience or unit you think of when you envision a five star rated Penthouse condo.

Great location, very convenient

We had a wonderful time. The place is conveniently located near the beach, state park and many amenities. We would return. Next time, we won’t bring a car. Walking is the way to get around here. Parking fee was $50 per day and valet only.
