Under the roof of our energy efficiency house, which was completed in 2016, you will find 7 spacious, modern apartments with living areas between 40 and 80 square meters. These all have a balcony or terrace with lake or mountain views, bathrooms with daylight, fitted kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens and ceramic hobs. Washer and dryer are available for free use. We also offer clear, free parking spaces and a lockable bike box with charging options for e-bikes. With our own power generation and solar thermal water heating with heating support, we can operate our house in an environmentally conscious and resource-saving manner. You will find us on the outskirts of Wasserburg, just a few steps from the publicly accessible shore of Lake Constance and the outdoor pool, surrounded by fruit trees. Experience a fantastic Alpine panorama in our 2-room, non-smoking apartment "Pfänder". A large sliding door opens the living-dining area to the 7 sqm balcony. With the fitted kitchen, the spacious bedroom with a 200x200cm bed and the bathroom with a spacious shower, the 50 sqm apartment offers a lot of comfort. With a 4 person occupancy, the sofa in the living area can be folded down to the bed with a separate mattress 160 × 200. Also in this apartment there are 2 TV sets, Bose sound compact system, oiled wooden parquet floors and individual furniture from the carpenter.
