Sehr schönes Haus und nette Vermietung

Wir sind hier mit einer Gruppe Freunden hingereist und das Haus war perfekt für uns. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Schlafplätze im Obergeschoss und 6 Schlafplätze im Erdgeschoss. Die Aufteilung des Hauses war super praktisch und man konnte sich gut auf den vielen Bädern aufteilen. Die beiden Balkone, die Terrasse, der Whirlpool und die Aufenthaltsräume eignen sich super für entspannte und lustige Abende. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und alles war relativ sauber und angenehm. Man hat in dem Haus alles was man benötigt. Ebenfalls die Nachbarn waren sehr nett obwohl wir manchmal bis später Abend draußen saßen. Es gibt einen Einkaufsladen in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie einen Basic Strand zu dem man in wenigen Minuten laufen kann. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in Pula oder an noch schöneren Stränden. Wir können empfehlen an die Scharfküste zu fahren. Der Ausblick und das Meer sind eine besondere Erfahrung. Die Vermieterin des Hauses war super nett und hilfsbereit. Einen Urlaub in diesem Haus kann man gerne weiterempfehlen!

Erholsamer Kroatienurlaub

Wir waren im August 2021 für knapp 2 Wochen in dem kleineren der zwei Häuser. Wir waren zwei Familien. Der Vermieter war top. Egal, welche Fragen oder Anliegen man hatte, Zoran hat sich stets gekümmert. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten hatten im Haus gefehlt (ein Toaster, Wäscheständer, ...), aber auf Anfrage wurde alles sofort neu geliefert. Danke nochmal für alles. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Wunderbares Objekt, wunderbare Location und ein wunderbarer Vermieter

Ich kann die bislang positiven Rezessionen die hier abgegeben wurden, nur voll unterstützen. Meine Frau und ich hatten das kleinere der beiden benachbarten Häuser für 1 Woche jetzt Ende Juni. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Kroation, aber mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub. Objekt: Die Fotos und Beschreibungen geben alles an was es gibt. Ein Traum! Es gibt im 1.OG 2 Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbed) und 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche, die offene Küche mit Ess und Wohnbereich und eine Dachterasse. Im EG gibt es 2 Badezimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbed und 2 Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbed, ein Aufenthalsraum mit Billardtisch, Dartscheibe und etwas zum Muskeln stärken und das Highlight; den Raum mit Whirlpool (Platz für bestimmt 4 Personen) und eine kleine Sauna (Platz für 2). Im riesigen Außenbereich eine Grillplatz (haben wir dank den zahlreichen guten Restaurants nie benutzt) mir Sitzgelegenheit und einen Pool (der größer ist als auf den Fotos aussieht) mit Liegemöglichkeiten darum. Location/Lage: Perfekt ist das Restaurant direkt neben an: Super freundlich und lecker essen. Zu Fuss zum Strand sind es vielleicht 15 Minuten (ich habe die Zeit nicht gestoppt) und sehr ruhig gelegen. Vermieter: Zoran ist der Beste. Er war sofort zur Stelle nachdem das Satelitenbild streikte und so konnten wir dann auch sofort weiter Fussball gucken. Im Nachbarhaus war (das sehr viel größer ist) war eine große Gruppe Jugendlicher, die aber sehr ruhig waren (was wir wohl auch Zoran zu verdanken haben). Wir kommen definitiv wieder, dann aber mit mehr Leuten. Hvala Zoran und seiner Frau!

Nice house with a lot of activites!

We rented the house for 10 persons, perfect for "a big family"! We had a lovely week in the pool and in the sea, great weather but to warm in the nights- One air condition on each floor was not enough. It is a long walk to Fazana center if you don't have a car. Thanks Zoran, you was a great host!
