Miles and Miles of horse trails. 12 miles from Turtle Lake Casino. Less than a mile from the mixup bar (the best hole-in-the wall for miles and miles). Ski out of the lower level - just feet from Balsam Branch Ski Trail. Perfect location for the Berkebeiner ski training and under a ten minute drive to Trollhaugen ski resort. Comfortably sleeps 20
