The apartment is in Estepona 60m2 with balcony 75m2 all rooms are well separated with a small hall.
First location at the marina on the 9th floor with a view of the harbor and the sea. You have sun there until noon.
Via an entrance in the staircase you can go directly to the roof and there you have a panoramic view of the sea and the landscape. There are also clothes lines (but is not private)
The beaches are about 200 meters away.
The marina is home to many restaurants, bars and typical Spanish tapas and fish restaurants
