We are a family of 4, this property was perfect for us. The kids had their own bedrooms. Open plan living and very comfortable beds with good quality linen. The property was very clean and well appointed. We were able to explore the NP from here, this property was perfect us.
This house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The smaller bathroom does not have functioning plumbing in the shower. We stayed here asa base for trips to Sequoia.
We stayed in Sequoia for one night after visiting the National Forest . The house was very clean and cozy for our family of 6. The only draw back was the house didn’t cool off til after midnight since we were only able to turn the AC on upon arrival . The setting is beautiful and picturesque. Would definitely recommend to others !
Owner was very responsive with communications. Place had a huge lot and great for our dogs first trip. The pellet stove was plenty warm to heat up the whole house (set it to M1 and keep all room doors open in the evenings to stay warm). Washer/dryer came in handy from our daily trips to Kings Canyon (only 45 minutes away). Bear mountain pizza had good food and even better service. Clingmans market at the Valero station had all the food we needed for 3 nights stay. Great place!

The property was not as good as I expected. I left a list of items that could improve the overall stay of visitors. It served out purpose of resting for the night but I would not have enjoyed a longer stay. Many items that we found in other vrbo's were not included at this property.
We enjoyed our stay. An outside picture of the house would have helped. Felt like we were entering the wrong property and with the late time we arrived we could have upset somebody if we had been at the wrong place. We wasn't able to enjoy the house much, but after a week long stay around California, this place was the best place to sleep. The most comfy beds and so quiet. Our only complaint would have been some ice would have been nice. Either bag or cubes.
Very clean and roomy lots of amenities great location to the park. Will definitely recommend
Great place to stay loved the location to the park. Affordable quiet except for a neighbors dog barking a lot at night but it is country living. Lots of amenities love the coffee. Loved grilling and looking at the mts. Host is very easy to work with. We rented on last minute notice.
Needed a place to stay for a local archery competition so we booked the house for 6 of us (seniors). Place was clean. We didn't really have time to use any amenities other than coffee in the morning. (left at 7:15 in the morning) Had an issue with the temperature (40F outside/ 50F inside) after some time with the owners we were able to get some heat. They were very responsive and my only suggestion would be heat sources in the bedrooms as, if you closed the bedroom doors for privacy the heat could not come into the room.
