L’escapade!
Très belle maison moderne, spacieuse et pleine de charme. Quartier très calme (parking devant la maison) dans un joli village accolé à Perpignan (à 5mn).
Vous êtes à 20 mn de la plage, à 25 mn de l'Espagne et à 5 mn du péage.
A 5 mn de marche il y a un parc (Clairfont) très chouette pour les enfants.
Vous aurez trois chambres (dont une avec un bz en plus), deux salles de bain, deux toilettes, une buanderie, cuisine et salon séjour ainsi que la piscine et terrasses !
Internet et télé.
