The elaborately restored apartment is located in the "historic hydroelectric power plant" from 1772. The combination of historical and modern gives this apartment a special atmosphere. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living area including a fully equipped kitchen. A sauna and a hot tub are available free of charge. The apartment has a separate entrance. In the outside area of the apartment there are two sun terraces and a lawn. A grill and open fire bowl are available. Generous, free parking spaces are directly at the house as well as a lockable bicycle storage room. Suitable for families and groups.

Guter Raum für Familien oder andere Gruppen

Wir haben einen großen Wohnraum vorgefunden, der alle unsere Bedürfnisse für das Zusammensein in der Familie befriedigte. Große Küche für das gemeinsame Kochen, direkt daneben ein großer Esstisch für das gemeinsame Speisen. Spiele oder Gespräche waren in der großen Wohnlandschaft direkt daneben möglich, alternativ auch am Esstisch. Auf Anfrage gibt es für 15 Euro eine Kiste mit Brennholz für den Kaminofen. Das reicht für zwei Abende. Schlafzimmer und Bäder waren gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, deshalb ruhig. Trotzdem ist man fußläufig in 10 Minuten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Supermärkte für größere Einkäufe gibt es im 2 km entfernten Imgenbroich. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung, in der man auch schlechtes Wetter (wie an unserem Woe) gut aushalten kann.

Schöne große Wohnung am Rande der Monschauer Altstadt

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz für Freunde und Familie am Rand der Monschauer Altstadt. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Für Grillabende ist ausreichend Platz vor der Wohnung. Das Zentrum der Altstadt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
