Roomy 2400 sq. ft. 5 bdr. 4.5 ba. which has a large living room that connects with the dining and kitchen area so everyone can gather for meals or just relax and watch TV on a large flat screen LCD. Bedrooms have all brand new comfortable mattresses and new bedding. 3 King beds in Master suites , 2 Queen beds, 1 double 3 single to sleep 15 people. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops and is very well stocked for all your needs. Many small appliances(Blenders, griddles, waffle maker,coffee makers plus a Keurig, toaster, Roasting pans) Stocked with extras so you will not be without. Extra wine & beverage cooler for your drinks. We have secure Wi-Fi & a house phone with free long distance. TV's/DVD in every bedroom. Flip Flops has ceiling fans in 4 bedrooms & living room. Recessed lights all with dimmers to give a cozy feel. Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. Flip Flops is 4 houses away from beach access at the end of the street. You have a great view of ocean from the front balconies to start or end your day. You have your own 9X20 private heated pool with hot/cold shower. Pool area has 7 lounge chairs & picnic table and umbrella. Large over sized built in Charcoal grill and another picnic table for outdoor eating. Must be 27 years old to rent.Garden City beach is a family beach that is just 8 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Flip Flops has just been put into the rental market after being newly decorated and stocked to meet all your needs. It is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach or you can rent the golf cart and ride to the beach & pier for fishing. Close to Walmart & many grocery stores, restaurants,golf, and shopping malls. Market commons is just 15 minutes away. Murrells Inlet has the best restaurants that is famous for it seafood just 15 minutes away for dining out. There are numerous nightly attractions such as shows and musicals, sky wheel rides, children's amusement rides, zip lines all within close driving distance. Flip Flops has a 60 day cancellation policy. We realize there is unforeseen problems that come up, but we recommend you take out trip insurance at a small cost. . Spring Break Baseball Tournament

We had a great spring break at the property. There were 3 families staying at the house for a baseball tournament. The house was a great size to accomodate all three families. We were a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to grocery shopping. Even the baseball locations and restaurants were close. Fun week!

Flip Flops Family Vacation July 8 thru July 15, 2023

We enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops very much. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. My family likes a place to be clean so we very much appreciated that. There was plenty of room for the 9 adults and two children. And the dining/living/kitchen area was very nice and large enough to easily accommodate all of us. The distance to the beach was only a short walk or you could use the golf cart which we did rent and shuttled our beach stuff back and forth. Very good restaurants nearby with great seafood. Enjoyed our vacation very much with all our immediate family and Flip Flops was a very important part of that experience. The pool was very clean and nice. We liked the privacy of our own pool. Hope we can stay at Flip Flops sometime in the future. Also, Cathy was a very kind and gracious host and answered all our questions very promptly. She made our reservation experience very easy. Thank uou Cathy.

Family Vacation

Flip Flops was a great house for our large family vacation. Each group had their own room/bathroom and the kids loved the bunk room. The balconies were so nice to do some reading and chatting. The pool was great and we used it multiple times per day. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We could easily walk or take a couple golf cart trips to carry our things if needed.

Great House / Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. It's a great house at a great location (a block from the beach; and a very short drive to stores/churches/etc.). Cathy was very responsive through out the entire process and very helpful. Would definitely re-rent this house if we return to the area.

We are a family that has been vacationing in Garden City for 20 years. We loved the area and dreamed of buying a beach house in this area. We love the warmer water of the south carolina beaches. We were blessed with the opportunity to buy our own house finally. Now we just hope to share the experience with others

Location! Location!Flip Flops house has a private heated pool and close access to the beach. We have been coming to Garden City for 25 years and love the area. Its near all the fun and activities for the family without the crowd of Myrtle Beach. We love the family feel of Garden City. Garden City is close to all the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer within a 15-20 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

We are just steps to the beach with access at end of street.
We are very attentive to keeping the house clean and up to date. Having a fresh and clean house for each guest is a priority to us.
We have 3 king beds that have private bathrooms. Very comfortable sleeping. We have put great detail and attention to making your stay a memorable vacation experience.
The kitchen is thoroughly stocked for any guest that plans on cooking.
