The complex, consisting of 18 houses, each with eight individually furnished apartments, is nestled between large trees and beautiful walking paths. A small children's playground is an ideal change for children. Good shopping opportunities can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot at the entrance to Boltenhagen. In the 65sqm apartment -Papillon 6-5 - with balcony, up to 6 people can spend a relaxing holiday. The 4-room non-smoking maisonette apartment has 3 separate bedrooms. WiFi is free. Washer and dryer are available to guests of the house. Parking space free of charge. Bread delivery service to the front door can be booked on request. Pets are not allowed in this apartment

The recently renovated 4-room apartment -Papillon 6-5- welcomes you very comfortably in a maritime style. The fine sandy beach can be reached in just 250 meters. The modern furnished domicile is a spacious maisonette apartment with balcony and offers a living space of 65sqm. With up to 6 people you will find an ideal holiday apartment here. The chic living-dining area has a pull-out sofa, television, music system free WiFi, and a large dining table. The new, open kitchen is of high quality and offers a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and more. V. M. Three separate bedrooms - each with a double bed - are spread over both levels. On the lower level there is the spacious and completely renovated bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, two vanities and a separate toilet room with daylight. From the apartment in an outdoor location, you look into a green environment. The well thought-out division of living space offers good opportunities for retreat and is therefore also suitable for families with older children. There is a highchair for small children. You can park your car free of charge on the reserved outdoor parking space. The sea is just a few minutes' walk away, as are good shopping opportunities. The Ostseebad Boltenhagen is a popular holiday destination for families during the high season. Stroll along the natural promenade or discover the high-wire climbing park in the coastal forest. An outdoor fitness park is also available for those interested in sports. Please note that this apartment is a non-smoking apartment, in which pets are not allowed. Schöne Lage und gute Wohnung, Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

An sich eine schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Lage. Boltenhagen ist ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und auch im Zentrum ist man nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch. Leider lies die Sauberkeit im Apartment sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Spülmaschine reinigt nicht wirklich, daher war von den Vormietern viel dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank. Die Bettwäsche sehr muffig und überall Dreck in den Ecken, unter Tischen und Sitzgelegenheiten, etc. Ein schimmeliger Duschvorhang und noch viel mehr defekte Kleinigkeiten. Dies haben wir aber alles beim Vermieter Büro bemängelt.

Sehr schöne Lage der Wohnung

Uns hat die Zeit in Boltenhagen sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Alles sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Was nicht funktionierte war der Fernseher. Wir haben den Defekt gemeldet, aber es war der Hausmeister wohl nicht mehr erreichbar. Auch am nächste Tag war niemand da. Ok, der Fernseher war nicht so wichtig, nur sollten solche Dinge vorher geprüft werden. Bei der Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung haben wir uns verfahren, da der Weg zur Wohnung ausdrücklich als nicht befestigter Sand beschrieben wurde. Das wird vielleicht vor 10 Jahren so gewesen sein. Aber das war natürlich kein großes Problem, eher lustig. Vielen Dank für die Schönen Tage.

Leider ein Reinfall

Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Bildern größer als diese in Wirklichkeit ist. Wir sind im Februar angereist und die Wohnung war komplett ausgekühlt, alle Heizkörper waren auf Frostschutz! Die Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck etc.) mussten wir erstmal komplett reinigen da es schmutzig und schmierig war. Töpfe mit Essensresten verschmutzt. Der Backofen roch nach altem Fett und war ebenso nicht sauber. Im Bad war ein Waschbecken nicht nutzbar, da es bzw. der Abfluss undicht war. Weiterhin haben wir defekte Lampen (nicht das Leuchtmittel!) vorgefunden. Die Fensterfront zum Balkon war auf Kleinkindhöhe total verdreckt. Durchschlafen war unmöglich da die Betten massiv knarrten. Matratzenschoner lagen im Schrank statt auf den Matratzen. Die Bettdecken hätten auch mal eine Reinigung nötig, da hier Blutflecken und weitere nicht definierbare Flecken von Vormietern zu sehen waren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro war ebenso seltsam. Auf Nachfrage war eine Mülltrennung nicht nötig, da es die Urlauber eh nicht hinbekommen (o-Ton!). Der skurile Herr zur Wohnungsübergabe bei Abreise sagte dann immerhin wo Altglas und Altpapiercontainer im Ort stehen (da waren wir jedoch schon fast 1 Woche vor Ort). Der Termin zur Übergabe der Wohnung wurde von der Agentur ohne Worte um 45 min vorgezogen. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns dort nicht wohl und auch die Art und Weise der Übergabe bei Abreise war unverschämt. Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder!!!

Objekt liegt in Strandnähe und die Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Für 6 Personen ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so gut. Wir hatten es bei der Abnahme angesprochen. Hoffe es wird entsprechend umgesetzt.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung sieht auf den Fotos größer aus, als sie ist, aber für 5-6 Personen ausreichend. Toller Balkon und moderne Einrichtung. Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Das haben wir bei der Verwaltung auch bemägelt. Lage super und absolut empfehlenswert.

Der Check-In war aufgrund des Hauptanreisetages recht mühsam, ein Teil der Mitarbeiter/innen deutlich gestresst und wenig freundlich. Hier gibt es Verbesserungspotential. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Zwischen den Balkonen wäre aber aufgrund der Enge ein Sichtschutz wünschenswert. Die Matratzen sind i.O.. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern - der Strandabschnitt ist nicht bewacht, es gibt keine Toiletten von der Gemeinde, lediglich kostenpflichtig in den nahegelegenen Restaurants.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren begeistert von der Ferienwohnung 6/5 im Feriendorf Papillon. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen sehr geräumug, neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten und Matratzen sind neu und sehr gut. Wir waren begeistert von dem großen Balkon, auf dem wir von mittags bis abends die Sonne genießen konnten. Es war genug Platz, um darauf mit 6 Personen gemütlich zu sitzen und zu essen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Nur 300m bis zum Strand, 8 min bis zu schönen Restaurants, 20 min zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum Boltenhagens und trotzdem absolut ruhig gelegen. Es ist traumhaft schön in der Ferienwohnung und in Boltenhagen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
