Short Stay in ATL

The house was very cozy and eqipped with basic essentials. Note that the porperty was a house, but a duplex. We were worried about our dog barking and bothering the neighbors but it was all good and there is a yard. The house is close to everything and good for a short stay.

Weekend visit to ATL

This rental worked well for a weekend visit to Atlanta for a wedding. Since it is on one level it, it was good for my father who uses a cane. Please consider getting a longer shower curtain to prevent water from getting on bathroom floor.

The inside of the duplex was very clean, but no one told us that it was in such a rough neighborhood. Kids playing football in our yard all day and adults in the street smoking weed and playing loud music till 1am. The yard had not been mowed in weeks and the grass was higher than my 2 dogs. Many things missing in the kitchen that made it hard to cook there. No ice maker as stated, so we had to buy ice. No pot holders, baking pans, cups for drinking, only coffee cups. We were very disappointed!!

Great Stay

I had a great stay the Ashview Heights home with my friends during my homecoming weekend in Atlanta. The house was super clean upon check-in and the owner was very communicative, nice and understanding throughout my stay. There we no issue while staying here and everyone enjoyed their time. I definitely recommend this place especially to anyone looking to come during AUC Homecoming season.
