This Third Floor 5 star 3000 sq ft luxury beachfront, 3 bedroom apartment, furnished to extremely high standard by renowned Caribbean interior designers, is set apart, offering exquisite panoramic views of the Caribbean sea and tropical gardens.

Set on one of the most beautiful beaches on the West Coast, this beachfront residences was designed to offer a unique atmosphere surrendering to the refreshing and gentle sea breeze, which continually circulates the building.

All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space – the master bedroom includes a large rain effect shower ensuite and French doors that open up onto a romantic, private terrace looking out over the water. All bedrooms air conditioned.

An elevator lift takes you to the beautiful, tropical communal gardens with a free form swimming pool and waterfalls and 24 Hour Security. There is a private rear stairwell from Terrace directly down to the beach. The property was amazing. Perfectly situated, right on the beach with the most amazing views. It was spotlessly clean and the housekeeper could not of been more accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Barbados.

Old Trees Was Perfect

We had an unforgettable stay in Barbados, and the villa truly made it special. I traveled with my 19-year-old daughter, my 16-year-old son, and his friend, and it was the perfect setup for a relaxed yet memorable family getaway.The villa itself was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. Each room was comfortable and private, giving everyone their own space to unwind. The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to the beach and local spots when we wanted to explore.What really stood out, though, was the team. Beverly made everything easy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The groundskeepers and security staff were kind, professional, and it always felt safe and serene. The kids were non-stop on the stand up paddle boards.Barbados is a beautiful island, full of charm, friendly people, and great food. I couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality escape with family or friends.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Barbados! The space itself was beautiful, with the most amazing ocean view. Everything was spotless and incredibly well maintained. The grocery delivery waiting for us upon arrival made settling in so easy and stress-free. The beach setup was also fantastic, with chairs and an umbrella ready for us.The location was perfect—just a couple of miles from great shopping and some really amazing restaurants! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Barbados!

It is rare that a property is better than its publicity photos but this apartment is magnificent. We have stayed in several Paynes Bay locations but Old Trees is our favourite and this is the nicest unit we have had.

Exceptional Long Weekend Away

We had a lovely time - the villa home, the weather, the food…! were all exceptional. Beverly, the housekeeper, is a STAR! She keeps the villa looking so fresh every day and she's such a pleasure. We also had a chef, Kadeem, and he was most accommodating and just another pleasure to have – he made the most delicious Bajan dishes. My entire experience, from booking to checking out was, was all positive.

The view was as seen in the picture but even better when standing on the balcony and looking at the sea. Great holiday in stunningl apartment

Probably best to reproduce what I wrote in the visitor's book at the end of our stay: "We feel very privileged to have spent the last ten days in your wonderful apartment. You really do have a special place here - all so tastefully done and with the best view we have ever had in Barbados. Beverly has looked after us wonderfully, and Joyanne has cooked some superb meals for us. We will look back on our time here with great pleasure and fond memories, and hope we are able to return in a year's time. Many thanks again for allowing us to stay." Elaborating a little, having stayed at Old Trees before we thought you had the best view of all the apartments, and we liked the absence of a plunge pool as it gave much more "outside" living space which we enjoyed. Allowing us use snorkels etc was much appreciated, and the place was very well equipped and furnished in a tasteful and practical way, such that there is nothing we can suggest you should add (or change). We would definitely like to return in a year's time (arriving on Monday 28th December 2015) if you are not using the place yourself and are prepared to allow us to stay there again.
