Welcome to Chateau La Mer II, a community located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico with 200 feet of deeded beach access. About a 7 min walk through complex and across the street, beach chairs are available for a fee. This quaint complex offers amenities such as a pool, tennis court, pickleball court, playground, grilling and picnic areas and clubhouse. Unit 1603 is the closest unit to the beach in Chateau La Mer II. This updated unit sleeps 6 comfortably with an open concept floor plan, a shiplap driftwood style wall in the Living Room. The primary bedroom boast a king bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Guest Bedroom offers two queen beds with a shared bathroom. Hard flooring throughout. A fully furnished kitchen with everything needed to cook a delightful meal in when not enjoying the area cuisine.

Spring Break vacation

The kids and I stayed here for spring break. The description and pictures shown are up to date and accurate. The property was updated and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was within walking distance to a private beach and close to the restaurants. Communication with the property manager was amazing, and the check-in process was seamless and easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for am amazing Spring break!
