We had a lovely time at Scott's cottage. It is close to places like the Vermont Country Store, studios, galleries and restaurants, but a bit off the beaten path for ultimate privacy. The cottage is very beautiful and equipped with everything we needed -- even bed and bowls for our Golden Retriever. Scott was a great communicator and a perfect host. This place is a gem!
The house was so well stocked and in a great location. We were inly there for less than 24 hours but it was cozy and comfortable and overall great vibes as soon as you walk in!
Me and my partner stayed there for our anniversary and it was just absolutely amazing!! The owner was so nice and the house was beautiful. What a great house to make great memories!
We loved this house and its location! We have stayed in Londonderry many times now and definitely will be back to this house next time we come up.
Perfect little house to cook and relax in between your outings.

Shannon was a kind and respectful renter. She was responsive and left our cute cottage in excellent condition. We look forward to renting to Shannon again:)
This cottage reviewed very well online and pictures were very accurate too. It was secluded and far from neighbors, fire house across the street but zero activity the whole weekend.
The cottage had the amenities listed. It was neat and tidy, well equipped. Very confortable. Loved the wood stove. We used that and it was wonderful. Check in/out Instructions were easy to follow. The area was beautiful, peacefu and not too far away from groceries, food or beverages. Would definitely go back. Thank you!!!

Honest review
We stayed here on a recent ski trip and the location and property are excellent, but there are things to definitely be aware of. There is NO TV, which the listing does note but I feel like in 2025, it is a detail they should lead with. In addition, the door frames are not even 6' tall. My husband who is barely 6' banged his head several times during our stay. The kitchen was a main selling point for us booking this place and is well stocked in some ways and very lacking in others. For instance there are no basic spices, not even a salt shaker, there were no coffee filters that fit the coffee maker provided and the only frying pan is very small. The shower mixing valve was frozen when we arrived and took our whole family taking freezing cold/scolding hot showers before the valve unfroze enough to start working. My husband accidentally spilled half a glass of wine entering the bedroom as he hit his head on the doorframe yet again. We cleaned it and did not think about it again because accidents happen. Unfortunately they claim it would not come out of the bed skirt and then harassed us to pay for a new bedskirt and WINE GLASS. Mind blown. They are even claiming to have to paint the wall which is an extreme overreaction, especially when half the walls are already coved in red crayon scribble. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else. These hosts are not cut out for the hospitality business.

DISAPPOINTING GUEST
“Thank you for everything! We had a great time!! Love the cottage 💕”
This is what Suzanne wrote to us immediately after leaving the cottage.
Suzanne left our cottage disgusting. She and her guests broke items, ruined linens, and left the cottage in disarray. When contacted, Suzanne was disgruntled about paying for broken items and ruined materials. I would not recommend her to future hosts. If you are interested in renting to her I would highly consider requiring a security deposit upfront and/or security protection.
For those reading this review I would like to acknowledge that my wife and I work extremely hard to compromise with guests. We have a 5 star rating with VRBO and Super host status among various platforms. We love our properties and feel as though we do our best to be accommodating to our guests. We have only received 5 stars reviews throughout all of our VRBO guest reviews. In all of years of hosting among various platforms, this has been our worst experience with any guest
