About this property

Snow season is nearly over! We've got boards and hills, come sledding!

This is the perfect cabin for a family gathering. Updated kitchen with every tool you can imagine. Chilly nights, views for miles, and a house that everyone will be comfortable in. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the main floor, so bring the grandparents, too!

Create an unforgettable getaway at the Faraway Cabin. Incredible new kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare fantastic meals. If seclusion and forest in a luxurious setting are what you are looking for, the Faraway Lodge is the place for you. You'll feel like you are miles from everything, yet local Pine restaurants and shops are less than 5 minutes away.

From the huge wraparound decks outside, and the soaring chalet windows inside in two large living rooms, you'll enjoy views of distant mountains as well as Ponderosa pines right outside. You have close-up sightings of elk, deer, squirrels, and birds, as well as the occasional javelina family. Plenty of space for family and friends to gather, hiking trails are right out the door, and Tonto Natural Bridge is less than 10 minutes away.

Plan your trip for family gatherings, couples weekends, girls' trips, hiking groups, church groups, corporate retreats, or even just the two of you for a private getaway. The two separate living rooms have many games, large smart TVs, books, and cards. Outside, there is ping pong, corn hole, and a beautiful easy hiking trail right next to the lot. This house is made for fun!

The newly remodeled kitchen is totally equipped for preparing fresh meals, with quality cookware, sharp knives, and tools for everything. In the pantry, you'll find spices and cooking oils, and other baking supplies. Outside, there is a large propane grill to make the perfect barbeque dinner.

After all that activity, you'll want comfortable beds to sleep in. The cabin is set up with 3 wonderful king beds in separate rooms, as well as other sleeping arrangements for everyone to get a good night's rest. There are lots of fresh pillows and blankets, and you'll even find a bed on the covered upstairs deck for a nap outside in the pine-scented air.

Bring your grownup toys, there is plenty of parking for your trailers and vehicles. There are two long driveways to the cabin, allowing everyone in your group to easily park.

We love to share our home, and we want you to feel at home here. Treat it like your own, and you will want to come back again and again.

Beautiful cabin with many thoughtful touches. Kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed to cook snd make our stay feel like home. Cabin was perfect combination of space to hang out together and also enough space to get away and relax alone when needed. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well. Communication from Debbie was superb. We will absolutely rent this beautiful home again.

A Serene Getaway at Faraway Lodge, Pine AZ
Faraway Lodge in Pine, AZ exceeded all expectations! The stunning setting amidst nature provided a tranquil escape, instantly relaxing and rejuvenating our group of four friends and their 7 year old daughter and our sweet pups! The proximity to amazing hiking trails made outdoor adventures only a few steps away-the hiking was incredible! Meals with sunset views were magical, and watching Elk grazing from the porch added wonder. We enjoyed morning coffee watching vibrant birdlife, such a peaceful way to start our day. Being pet-friendly allowed us to enjoy time with our "entire family." The game room loft delighted our friend's daughter and she indulged in the Disney movie library and all the amazing game amenities. Our host Debbie was phenomenal, from the moment we booked the cabin to our day of departure she had excellent communication to help ensure we were comfortable and enjoying all aspects of our stay! She has also curated an incredible virtual guidebook, that has everything you will need to know to enjoy your pine adventure! Stargazing was awe-inspiring, and the location offered such memorable atmosphere. Faraway Lodge is a must-visit for a serene retreat. Unforgettable surroundings, impeccable amenities, and caring hospitality make it unforgettable. Whether hiking, enjoying sunsets, or unwinding on the porch, it exceeds expectations! We can't recommend it enough and are already talking about making plans to visit again in the Fall!

Great family getaway
This was perfect for our family of five (3 children, ages 5-11). The home was very well appointed with everything we would need and want. Our favorite part was the direct access to national forest. We hiked out the back door every morning and evening. A wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the valley. Debbie was friendly, welcoming and answered my questions before I needed to ask. Our family highly recommends this property and would love to come back again.
