Light-filled 1920's cottage with historic charm and modern updates. It's walking distance to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, a boat ramp, tennis courts and restaurants. A short bike ride will take you to the beach, pier, downtown, and amazing places to dine and shop.

Original heart pine floors and large windows make the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage feel like your home away from home. Guests can enjoy ultra comfy queen-size beds and fully-equipped kitchen with a Keurig, coffee machine, Brita water filter (to avoid use of plastic bottles) and all cooking essentials. The cottage has a smart TV, desk, fast wifi and laundry, making it ideal for getaways short and long. The wraparound deck has a an outdoor dining table and a reading nook off of the primary bedroom. It also has a heated outdoor shower. In the cottage you'll also find a welcome book with curated recommendations for fantastic local restaurants, beaches and activities.

Note: The property has a detached 1-bedroom guest house in the back with separate parking, entry and outdoor hangout zones. The two structures are designed in a way to allow for privacy from one another, and they don't share any common areas. Strictly no parties allowed. No pets of any kind are permitted due to allergies.

This is a cute and quaint cottage on a quiet street. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is great to walk and we enjoyed going to the lighthouse and pier at sunset. There are many restaurants nearby and so close to the historic district and beach.
