A BEAUTIFUL OCEAN FRONT 3 BEDROOM HOUSE

This spacious oceanfront Rockaway Beach vacation home features direct beach access, updated kitchen and bathrooms, private hot tub, and panoramic ocean views. The cozy sunroom and spacious open floor plan make this ideal for families and group getaways.

Walk to local cafes and tourist shops in Rockaway Beach. Head out to deep waters with charter fishing services, hook up with a local guide for whale watching or kayaking. Or relax and enjoy the sandy beach.



We will be available by text or phone during your stay.

The house is in the center of town. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

This property is self check in. Guests will have private access to the beach house via a lock system using a pin to be sent to you before your arrival. Guests may check in any time after the 4:00pm check in time.

The house has a large gathering room which is the living room, dining room, and kitchen combination. Also, there is a large sun room facing the ocean. From the ocean side of the house there is direct access to the beach over the berm and down the rock steps.

Each of the three bedrooms have queen beds.

Once at the house you will not need a car as you are walking distance within the downtown.

Bali Hai is on a seven mile sandy beach for your enjoyment. Fires are allowed on the beach 20 yards from property lines unless there is a fire closure in place. The city fireworks display is in front for the house on the Fourth of July. Guests are able to view/enjoy the annual Rockaway Beach Kite festival.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed is they are included in your reservation for a stay fee of $150. Cats are not allowed on the property.

Beautiful place! Very well equipped kitchen with plenty to cook with a far as pans, utensils, etc. It was a great location.The beds are on the firm side so if you're looking for soft plush beds, this might not be the place for you! Plenty of seating around the sun room and kitchen. We loved our stay.

Labor Day Stay

This was our third time staying at Bali Hai and we had a wonderful time as usual. The only recommendation we suggest is getting 5inch risers for the large sofa. I have bad knees and it was extremely difficult to get up from. Also maybe a few ottomans would be lovely. We are looking forward to our next stay in 2027!

We came for the 4th of July and this location couldn't be more ideal with the show going off on the beach directly behind the house. It was also nice to be close to downtown so we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. All around, an amazing stay and we'd definitely go back again.

House was well equipped and has a great location with beautiful views. Loved the sunroom. The only negatives were our personal likes, beds a bit soft and second bath quite small. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very lovely home right on beach. Loved the sunroof and sitting in the chairs overlooking the beach. Hot tub good jets didn't work very well and barbeque not the best.

Absolutely loved our stay! Beach access, sunroom, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for 4 adults. Exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend. Nice to walk for coffee, groceries or a meal. Took the train ride, flew kites and walked miles on the beach. Already looking forward to our return visit

Kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher are clogged difficult to operate. Hot tub never got hot even after having someone out to look at it.

Unfortunately a previous guests poured grease down the kitchen drain which clogged the drain line to the sewer. We could not get the plumber out late Saturday night when we were notified the kitchen sink was slow to drain. Somehow during this guests first 24 hours of stay the spa switch was tripped. Guests notified us spa “wasn’t working”. We sent spa tech to the house within 2 hours of the text notification of spa “not working” and he found it was a tripped switch in the electric panel. The spa temperature is set at 103 degrees at all times but it does require electricity.

Wonderful Getaway!

The house is spacious and clean, the sunroom was wonderful for relaxing and hearing the ocean, and the hot tub was cherry on top of this amazing vacation. We cant wait to stay here again!

This is a great beach house! Well appointed kitchen, clean, and with easy beach access from the backyard (steep stone steps) or a ramp one block over. The view is amazing and even though the house is next to a restaurant and near the public beach access it's quiet (even on Labor Day). It's our second time staying here and we would definitely return.

The home was clean and well appointed.We did not have the opportunity to use the hot tube, as it was freezing sideways rain, but the home was warm and spacious. The host responded promptly to communications. If we come back to Rockaway, we would definitely consider staying again.

Very nice. Even tho it’s sandwiched between two commercial properties, there is a real sense of privacy both in the house and hot tub/backyard area. We also enjoyed the ocean facing sun room which can be closed off from the rest of the house.
