High speed internet allows our guests to make those Zoom calls with the subtle sounds of waves crashing in the background. Our 2 story home sleeps up to 10 with 3 bedrooms and a convertible sleeper sofa. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, 2 updated flat screen entertainment areas, ping pong, foosball, and all the necessary accessories for creating memories in the sand. The dining area comfortably seats eight for you to enjoy that perfect family dinner with uninhibited views of the beautiful Pacific ocean across the street. The large living area is perfect for watching your favorite sports event or a relaxing family movie night together. The downstairs living area consists of the third bedroom with bunk beds, full second bathroom, and the secondary television entertainment area, including streaming abilities and an Xbox 360 with assorted games. The downstairs is perfect for entertaining the kids while the adults get more peace of mind upstairs. We look forward to sharing our home with your family and friends.

The house was very comfortable, especially the couch but the beds and everything upstairs was comfortable. There were just two of us staying so we didnt really utilize the downstairs area but it seemed nice as well.Check in was super easyto figure out and the host responded quickly when I text him just to ask a question. The proximity to the beach was amazing for walking my dog, he had a great time I would definitely stay here again, especially when the weather is warmer so I could use the amazing deck!

The house was absolutely wonderful for our family. It was very comfortable and well eqipped with all of our needs (and more). The teenagers very much enjoyed the table games in the lower level. This is our second time staying in this house, and we had a great time! This kids took over the downstairs and had a blast. Great beach access. Right in town if you want to walk to the shops or the train station. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend!

Close to beach and town, beautiful home, very clean, lots of extras, allot of seating, tons of games, great large deck, perfect location, ping pong table and games in downstairs ideal. Only downside is spiral staircase so be mindful of people in party. We were OK with people but elections would not be able to go up or down host was great at quick response and answers. Great place. Would recommend to small groups.

Great beach stay

We all enjoyed our stay at the Ocean View Beach House. It’s a very short walk to the beach and about 1/2 mile into town for ice cream. The beach is fabulous. Clean and not as crowded as beaches further north. The house was comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality pots and pans. The board game and puzzle collection is amazing! We appreciated the sharpened pencils, all ready for keeping score! We will stay in the Ocean View Beach House again.

We have stayed in this house many times over many years and have always found it to be a great place to stay. Some of the furnishings are getting a little tired and it could stand a really good deep cleaning, but overall a great house. We will definitely rent here again!

Great place to Stay!

We got away for a short family weekend and the place was an excellent location, was clean and had comfortable beds, and a decently stocked kitchen. Our whole family agreed that we would recommend it and return there, though we often like to try different places. I should mention that the main way to the downstairs is a very narrow circular staircase so if you are elderly, it might be a challenge but it's not something that I would say is a problem for most folks. Highly recommend!

Had a great time with family from Arkansas. This was the first time the grandkids had seen the ocean. What a treat for them, and this home was perfect for location to the beach. Check-in was easy. Communication was great. Access to the beach was great. The kids enjoyed all the games that were available. The home is nice, it does need some repairs, but enjoyed our stay. The people they have cleaning only do a surface clean, so it definitely needs a much deeper cleaning. The worst was the oven that had a lot of burnt food on the bottom, it definitely has not been cleaned for quite some time, it was disgusting. Thank you Kodi for letting us stay in your home.
