About this property

Downtown Blue Hill - best place in town

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Open concept house, with tons of lighting throughout. This place is completely updated with heat pumps (hot/cold) throughout, a whole house water filtration system, gas fireplace and all of the technology needed with smart lights in every room, sonos speakers, 55” TV and high speed internet. A great place for entertaining inside and outside on the back deck! Only steps to the downtown so park your car here!

The space

The downstairs has a large open concept kitchen with high end appliances which is open to the sunroom/dining room area. The living room is on the first floor with the TV over the fireplace and a pull-out queen couch. The master bedroom, with one of the king beds, is on the first floor which has a sliding pocket door into the first-floor full bathroom. This tiled shower has a rain shower head on one side and then a second shower head on the opposite wall.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed, and then a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and a baby’s crib. The upstairs bathroom is very large with a private Lou, double sink vanity, high end washer and dryer and a shower/tub combo.

Both bathrooms have heated tile floors, which are amazing during the cold months. The gas fireplace is cozy to relax in front of while the snow is flying.

The entire house has a water filtration system so you will be drinking and showering in the cleanest water in the country!

The glass doors in the kitchen lead to a large back deck with patio furniture and a BBQ grill. And the yard was just recently excavated to be cleaned up and flat with a fire pit crushed stone area.

Perfect!

Great location, helpful and responsive host, comfy beds, and wonderful main living and gathering area including a gourmet kitchen all made our home base perfect for a family wedding. The big back yard was great for our dogs too.

Blue Hill Vacation

Great location/able to walk to downtown area with shops and restaurants and only about 40 min drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Clean, quiet, well appointed home. Note that it does have a/c which is not always a standard feature in this area and was very welcome during a heat wave.
