Why they chose this property
Truly a short walk to downtown Blue Hill and the Blue Hill Country Club on one of the most prestigious streets in town. Beauty, walking trails and picturesque harbors are easily accessible. I have a small/efficiency cottage on the property where I stay sometimes when I rent my large house. The efficiency is available for rent as well primarily during the off season.
What makes this property unique
This home was built in 1896 and owned by Grandaughter and a Grandson of two different US Presidents. It has undergone several remodels over the years by different owners but still remains some of its older charm. Not to mention its fantastic location. I personal enjoy the screened in porch with old Maine charm. As a prior Superhost on Airbnb, this home received top review ranking from most of its guests. Though this property is newly listed on VRBO, it was formerly listed and rented to multiple guests on Airbnb since 2022.
