Downstairs you will also find the best beachfront pool lounge in Jaco, with full service restaurants and Costa Rica's nicest casino!. Enjoy the ample amenities of this beautiful resort property, right on the beach!
3 luxury bedrooms each with large bed, full bath, and big windows. Oversize oceanfront balcony connects to living room complete with billiards table. Fully equipped open kitchen area with bar stools and counter top.
Secure parking downstairs.Convenient location on the north end of Jaco beach, easy walk or taxi to everywhere in town.
-Only registered guests will be allowed to access the property. Visitors may be allowed at night time only 10pm-5am.
-Max of 6 people total in the unit at all times. No parties.
-Croc's is a family friendly resort, please respect the premises at all times.
-Jacuzzi on balcony is not in service.
