Wailana Sands #102 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at a quiet boutique property across the street from Mai Poina Beach Park. NOTE- This unit is on the ground floor and has direct, unencumbered access to the courtyard and pool area. This makes things convenient but could potentially present a danger if someone in your party is a non-swimmer.
The unit includes a fully-equipped kitchen and complimentary wifi. The bedroom provides a queen bed and a ceiling fan, and you'll find a futon, a cable television, and a ceiling fan in the living room. Enjoy your meals from your lanai while taking in the beautiful garden and pool views. There are even a couple barbecues available for guest use. When you are ready to head to the beach, Wailana Sands #102 conveniently supplies beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. NOTE- there is no A/C in this unit however there is a sunshade off the lanai. Sleeps 2.

Wailana Sands has a large pool, gas grills, and a coin-operated common laundry area. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. Wailana Sands is centrally located to shops and restaurants, and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. It is an ideal launchpad to head west toward Lahaina and Kaanapali, north toward the airport, or south to the Wailea area. This is one of the best values in Kihei.
