You are going to love this bright, spacious, and tastefully designed home.

The private patio has ample seating and a dining area, a gas fire pit, and gas grill for you to enjoy with your family and friends. The cozy open concept living area has a large sectional sofa with soft blankets and pillows, and a 65" Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix and music streaming capabilities.

Guests love the private and central location, nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac but less than a minute from a major freeway.

The bright and open kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials. The three air-conditioned bedrooms have black out curtains, with very comfortable mattresses and hotel quality bedding. If booking for a group of six, please consider that the home has one full bathroom.

The house is located less than 10 minutes from Downtown Gaslamp District and 10-15 minutes from the International Airport, San Diego Zoo, Hillcrest, Balboa Park, Mission Bay, Mission Valley and Coronado.

You will have private access to the entire home and patio.

Please note that there is a studio unit on the property that may be occupied by a tenant during your stay. However, the studio has no shared spaces with the Airbnb.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It’s very spacious and clean. We felt comfortable and safe in neighborhood. Very close to the freeway. Communication with host was great as Tony was very quick to respond. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Made beautiful memories. We will definitely be back.

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay. I love how spacious the house is. They provided so many wonderful amenities. It’s in a great location. I felt very comfortable and safe. Toni was very responsive and easy to work with! Highly recommend.
