We had a beautiful stay at this Marshall VA property. The location is private in a forested area. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities -pool, hot tub and fire pit. The home itself was beautiful and well-kept. Communication from the owners was very responsive and helpful.

Kyle provided great communication before our stay! All details were very thorough in The guide he sent to us. He also responded very quickly when we asked to check out a little later since our flight was delayed. The house was very clean and just as described. It was a great spot for our family to be together while celebrating our son’s engagement. Kitchen is fully stocked. I would highly recommend this property.

Weekend getaway

We do not use the house to its fullest (I.e., we were just there to sleep), but everything was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and well explained.

Gorgeous Home & Property

We had a small family gathering here around Christmas and we absolutely loved it! We immediately felt right at home. It is a gorgeous property, well appointed, and very comfortable. The game room was a huge hit with everyone. We're hoping to make it an annual tradition, hopefully for longer than one night next time!

We enjoyed the game room, the infinity game table in the basement, the pool/hot tub and the fire pit.Kyle was very responsive and great to work with.Kitchen inventory could be increased (we needed a masher annd seater during our stay but not everyone would need this) and there are some repairs to be done.

Marshall, VA Getaway

Needed a quick getaway for a small private group of family. This property was clean, spread out, in a great location, lots of games and activities for entertainment, and had a great view. The owners had great communication and provided great suggestions for things to do and restaurants as well. We will definitely be going back to this property.

Graduation getaway

The property was exactly as described in the listing. This place was perfect for my family and friends during my graduation celebration. There was plenty of space for the adults to congregate while the kids safely entertained themselves on the premises. We will definitely be booking the property again in the future!

Annual Family Vacation

What a beautiful home and property! The home is very spacious and beautifully furnished (and complete with toys and many games!). The pool and hot tub allowed many hours of fun, relaxation and conversation. Everything you need for a weeklong stay was provided (sheets, blankets, pool and bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even coffee filters!) Best of all, the owners were very responsive to questions!

Company Sales Meeting

This place is great! Spacious and comfortable with a beautiful outdoor area. Too cold in November for the pool but looking forward to using it in the future. The game room was a great pace to unwind after our sales meeting. Highly recommend this place. The owners were also very quick to respond to questions and very pleasant to work with.

A wonderful location for rejuvenation

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with a big group. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped for a group who loves to cook. The pool and hot tub were exactly as pictured and just as fun as anticipated. Close to a grocery store, restaurants, and lots of great hiking. Kyle was very communicative, putting us at ease with any hitches we ran into. We may very well be returning.

Perfect girls getaway

Our group had a wonderful time staying here. The house and property were beautiful. We were able to take advantage of the spa, pool and games. Kyle and Krystal were responsive before and during our stay. There was plenty of room for our smaller group we could’ve invited many more. It was the perfect location for exploring local wineries and just a short drive to downtown Marshall which was the cutest little town. I hope to come back again with my family to enjoy this property and town further.

Great family get away

We stayed here for a long weekend in late spring. We enjoyed all the toys and amenities for children, including the infinity game table. It was also very convenient having a pack and play, audio baby monitor, and white noise machine for the baby that we had with. Communication with the property manager was superb. We didn’t get to use the pool that much due to weather, but it seemed nice. Close to downtown Marshall, restaurants, cafés, and wineries.
