Review

We leased with VRBO from July 14th through July 30th. First, I want to acknowledge the owner's flexibility and understanding. She was accommodating and worked with us on a couple of changes we had to make to our booking, for which we were grateful. There were a few things concerning our stay that were unacceptable. We noticed an L-shaped sofa in the living room as we walked in, but nothing else was there. The living room had no end tables, coffee tables, or lamps. There is no place to put a coffee cup or a drink. In the kitchen, the dishwasher had a broken upper tray and was unstable. We attempted to use the outside patio but could not because the deck was warped and splintered, causing an unsafe tripping hazard. The umbrella was broken and had a wasp nest in it. The living room was infested with ants. We had to buy a can of ant spray, which did little to address the problem. The master bath toilet ran nonstop, and the lid had to be removed to make it fill so it could be flushed. In the second bedroom, the wood slats fell out of the bed. The front yard was un-mowed, and the backyard was nothing but weeds. Unfortunately, this rental was a disappointment
