Great place to stay
Beautiful house in peaceful West Annapolis, a short distance from the local shops and restaurants and the Naval College. Well equipped, everything you need, a real home from home and a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. Highly recommended place to stay!

Family Getaway
Great weekend stay in Annapolis! House was great, clean, great location. It was very nice having paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dishwasher and clothes detergent so didn’t have to worry about bringing those or buying them. Cyndi was kind enough to allow us to check in a couple hours early which we very much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Annapolis Stay
We were looking for a place near Crownsville and downtown Annapolis to stay overnight after the MD Renaissance Festival. Sadly the festival got rained out but this home was the perfect distance to downtown so we spent the day exploring Annapolis and then playing board games back at the house. It was a lovely home, well-equipped and maintained. Would highly recommend it to anyone coming into town and spending time at a Navy Game, exploring DTA, or visiting MDRF.

My family has two short-term rental homes that I manage. One is in Church Creek, Maryland on the very same property where I grew up. The other is in West Annapolis. Creating these places for others to enjoy has been a labor of love. I am a former competitive cyclist, a birdwatcher and I also love to canoe and hike. I enjoy sharing our wonderful homes with others, whether you are coming to Annapolis for a special event or you are heading to the Eastern Shore for a relaxing getaway on the water.

Why they chose this property

This lovely home has been in our family since the early 1980s. We love the large corner yard, the patios, and the 1920s architectural features of the home. We updated the kitchen and bath to add modern flair and comfort to this vintage home, and we added energy-efficient heating, air-conditioning, hot water systems and a rain garden that reflect our environmental and conservation values. We enjoy short walks to the bakery, the ice cream shop, the cafes boutiques and groceries in West Annapolis, and longer walks to downtown. We also enjoy strolling and pedaling through the community and next door into Wardour, an iconic Annapolis neighborhood on the Severn River. Guests have enjoyed being able to walk to the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium and to downtown, and to the Tucker Street Public Boat Launch, which is two blocks away and a perfect place to launch a kayak or canoe, or bring in a dinghy from your boat.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to stadium, USNA, downtown, West Annapolis shopping, cafes, boutiques, Tucker Street Public Boat Launch.
