Overlooking Cayuga Lake in Ovid, this professionally designed three-bedroom townhome offers modern comfort along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. It is one of four residences sharing an 11-acre property with 800 feet of shoreline, while providing private indoor accommodations and a furnished balcony with lake views.



The main floor features an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an eight-person dining table, island seating, a Smart TV, and a half bathroom. A washer and dryer are also available.



All three bedrooms are upstairs and furnished with queen beds, storage, and wall-mounted Smart TVs. Two bedrooms have lake views, and the primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. A second full bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.

The condo was very nice and clean. The host got back with us quickly. The only negative was the balcony was filthy. And not at all cleaned up. I swept it so we could sit out there.

Town House is located on Cayuga Lake.

The townhouse was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans if you want to cook. The beds were comfortable. The view of the lake was awesome. It is close to several wineries. I would definitely rent the house again.

Nice winter stay

The property was extremely comfortable. We stayed with small children in February and each room had individual heat, which we liked very much. The living, kitchen, dining is wide open and we loved the views of the lake from the kitchen and dining room. The water pressure from kitchen faucet was very low and pots and pots and pans were pretty cheap and scratched teflon, so I'd throw those out and upgrade. Minor things, still 5-star!

Wonderful Getaway in the Finger Lakes

We traveled to the Finger Lakes for our annual mother-daughter weekend. There were six in our party. The house is wonderful! It is very comfortable. The beds/mattresses were the best I’ve ever had through house rentals! We had a beautiful view of Cayuga ~ the sunrise was spectacular! The house was clean and overall very comfortable! The dishes/glass/utensils and cooking pans were plentiful. You do need to bring your own seasonings for cooking, which I always do. We had zero issues or complaints ~ and we would definitely stay again! Just a note, the Google Maps had us turning into a driveway about .5 mile before the house. We put the address into Waze and it brought us to the house. The unit is about 100 feet from the road and you can see it from the road.
